Tequila was dealing with both a drug addiction and an eating disorder, but also was hospitalized for a brain aneurysm and a drug overdose that almost killed the reality star.

Sources say that her weight is healthy, and her illness scared her:
“Tila is a really small girl to begin with so she usually weighs around 100 pounds, but at the height of her sickness she was down to around 75 pounds. She began to realize she had a problem when she started to see her bones protruding from her body. It really scared her. It’s still an everyday battle for [Tila], but at least she’s sober and healthy.”

Tila Tequila has left rehab, 30 days after entering for intense counseling for psychological issues and substance abuse.
According to TMZ, the reality star ”has successfully completed her program inrehab and has safely made her way back home. She has fully recovered, and is currently spending time with her closest family and friends.”
Tila entered rehab after attempting suicide in her L.A. home last month.
According to Tila’s rep, “She is the healthiest she’s ever been and wants to thank all of her fans for their undying support while she was battling through some hard times.”
According to TMZ, Tila Tequila has agreed to enter rehab for substance abuse and for treatment of her psychological issues following her suicide attempt last week.
According to her manager, Tila agreed to treatment after several of Tila’s friends discussed her problems with her — following Tila’s suicide scare last week.
We’re told Tila has been struggling with serious substance abuse problems as well as psychiatric issues recently – the suicide scare was just the straw that broke the camel’s back.
It’s unclear when Tila plans to enter a treatment center — but we’re told her friends are hoping she’ll get help as soon as this week.
We’re told a rehab facility has already agreed to take her — though sources wouldn’t specify which.
She seems like the biggest mess. Hopefully she can get her stuff together once and for all!
Tila Tequila was rushed to the hospital last week, after her roommate called 911 telling them the reality star was “hellbent” on killing herself.
The police department tell TMZ, paramedics came to her house at 1:30 AM last Wednesday, and Tila was removed via ambulance to St. Joseph’s hospital in Burbank, CA.
The roommate told police Tila had “tried to kill herself all week.”
Sources say Tila was in and out of consciousness in the house … and officials decided she needed psychiatric help, stat.
Tila was released … but the drama didn’t end there. Last night, Tila’s manager had a sneaking suspicion something was terribly wrong, so she called 911.
Cops went to Tila’s home to do a welfare check, but Tila refused to open the door. Tila then called 911 to find out why officers were at her home … and explained she couldn’t answer the door because she was in a wheelchair.
Cops eventually left the home — and we’re told Tila is currently resting.
I don’t think this is the first time Tila has tried to kill herself. I really hope she gets the help she needs before it’s too late.
