Tara Reid has a new stepfather.  Er, beau.  Sorry, was that rude?

The 36-year-old actress was spotted getting cozy with the CEO of De Grisogno, Fawaz Gruosi.  Gruosi is one of the most sought-after watch and jewelry makers of his generation (you know, the post-war generation, vaguely). Oh yeah, he’s also more than 20 years Reid’s senior- he’s 60.

The two were seen holding hands and canoodling aboard a massive yacht at the Lady Joy Boat Party Casino in Cannes, mingling with A-list stars Eva Longoria, P Diddy and Alec Baldwin.  It didn’t stop Reid from doing some partying, either: guests of the Lady Joy Boat Party said Reid left the yacht looking a little rough.

Tara Reid is known as one of Hollywood’s biggest party girls. She claims that’s all behind her now, however, she’s older and wiser.

“It was my fault, I did it … [but] it wasn’t that bad what I did,” Reid, 36, said during her interview on Access Hollywood Friday. “At the end of the day, I really [just] had fun. I wasn’t doing crimes. I wasn’t getting in trouble like that.”

Reid caught her big break when her movie American Pie hit theaters in 1999. That same year, she told Rolling Stone, “When I go out to drink, I really drink. I black out sometimes. I don’t know how I manage my life when I black out, but I still function and just keep going.”

That kind of statement and the constant stream of paparazzi-captured photos of the bleary-eyed star leaving clubs late night landed her at Promises Treatment Center in December 2008.

On March 7, Reid showed up at the American Reunion premiere looking like a totally glammed-up and gorgeous version of herself — a look that fans haven’t seen much of in the past years.

Still, the actress insists that she’s not totally reformed just yet.

“I like to have a good time, who doesn’t? I just learned to be more discreet,” she explained. “Who you keep around and what you do is very important.”

So she’s saying she still party’s as hard – she just does it more privately? I guess that’s a step in the right direction!

Actress Tara Reid tells Access Hollywood that her partying past was exaggerated in the media. Tara  is sometimes compared to Lindsay Lohan, but we should cut her some slack – she’s not in court every few weeks, right?  Tara is out promoting American Reunion and shared:

“It’s really important how you keep things private,” she said when asked about her at-times very public past.

“You wanna try to have a good time and try to keep it at home… especially today with the paparazzi, try to control it as much as you can,” she continued.

The actress takes ownership of her public snafus, but also points out that she never got arrested or harmed anyone in the process.

“It was my fault, I did it… [but,] it wasn’t that bad what I did,” she explained. “At the end of the day, I really [just] had fun. I wasn’t doing crimes. I wasn’t getting in trouble like that.”

Actress Tara Reid was spotted leaving Carlitos Gardel Restaurant in Hollywood last night.  Part of me says she looks a little loopy, but part of me wonders how long the paps hang around attempting to get a shot of her LOOKING loopy?

Tara Reid and her new husband Zack Kehayov have still not decided where they will set up home following their whirlwind wedding earlier this month (Aug11).

The American Pie star married Kehayov on 13 August (11) during a vacation on the Greek island of Santorini after dating him for just two months.

She has since entered Britain’s Celebrity Big Brother show, and has admitted to her fellow contestants in the reality TV house she hasn’t thought through her new living arrangements with her businessman partner.

Reid says, “I get nervous, I guess. Because when we’re together I’m like, ‘Where are we living, what are we doing?’ It’s kind of scary.” (Contact Music)

Newlywed Tara Reid has made her first public outing as a married woman – she has signed on as a star houseguest for the new season of Britain’s “Celebrity Big Brother” reality show.

The “American Pie” star joined former British pop star Kerry Katona and David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach inside the Borehamwood, England mansion where the new season of the show will be filmed.

Reid flew to Britain from a Grecian honeymoon. She wed businessman Zack Kehayov on the Greek island of Santorini over the weekend.

Tara Reid moves quick! The American Pie actress married her new boyfriend Zack Kehayov in Greece while vacationing on Saturday!

Reid, 35, Tweeted feverishly Saturday, and announced the happy news herself in a series of short messages. “Just got married in Greece I love being a wife,” she wrote.

And it wasn’t a long betrothal, only hours earlier she Tweeted: “I just got engaged!”

There was initially some confusion over whom she married, but on Monday, Reid clarified who the lucky guy is: “His name is Zack Kehayov.”

Reid recently ended her relationship Danish businessman Michael Lilleund and was previously engaged to Internet entrepreneur Michael Axtmann, but called it off in 2010.
