Lindsay Lohan is finally back in the US after a whirlwind modeling trip in Europe. While in Europe, Lindsay modeled for designer Phillip Plein. Although the pair were spotted kissing all over the town, they are reportedly not a couple.

Well, Lindsay is back home, and has money burning a hole in her pocket. What did she spend it on?

Linnocent is back from her European vacation and the first thing she did when she hit the U.S. was buy a new car – and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that it is a sports car that cost almost $100,000!

The 25-year-old starlet hit up the Porsche dealership in downtown Los Angeles on Thursday where she purchased a brand new Porsche Panamera, which has a sticker price of a whopping $80,000, a source close to Lindsay told RadarOnline.com.

Back in July when Lindsay appeared in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner, she told her that the reason she hadn’t started her court mandated therapy sessions was because she was unable to get insurance to foot the bill and she was financially strapped.

And while she just did a photo shoot for Phillip Plein in Italy and is tentatively going to be in the Gotti movie Lindsay doesn’t have any other current projects on the table to generate income right now.

So why did she purchase such an expensive car?

Apparently Lindsay’s neighbor and ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson recently picked up a similar luxury vehicle from the same dealership and Lindsay was in love with that car so she decided to get one of her own.

Lindsay’s rep declined to comment to RadarOnline.com.

Lindsay Lohan is still comparing herself to Marilyn Monroe.

In a new essay written as an introduction for a new coffee table book, “Marilyn, Intimate Exposures”, Lindsay compares herself to the late actress.

Even though it’s a book about Marilyn Monroe, Lindsay takes the opportunity to make the essay all about herself.

“I can understand the photographer Bernard of Hollywood’s statement, ‘it took a superhuman effort to be Marilyn.’ I identify,” Lindsay writes, referring to Marilyn’s public image.

However, she goes on to say that, while Marilyn’s was her own projection, her own is created by the tabloids that will simply not let Lindsay be great.

“People in their mind have created who I am and act as if there is no real person inside of me. Just like Marilyn, who created the blond goddess on camera… Marilyn never wanted to be a celebrity. Neither do I,” she says.

“I don’t want to be remembered as someone who just wanted to be photographed, who goes out at night, and gets in trouble,” Lindsay adds in what she turned into her own plea for privacy and respect, instead of a tribute to Marilyn.

“I was just sort of acting out that period of time I never had [high school], and I made some bad choices. So all the tabloids, just like Marilyn, keep harping on my mistakes,” she continues.

Even though she’s determined to give it another try and to prove to the world that she’s no longer the irresponsible, immature girl she was a few years ago, it’s the media who won’t allow her a second chance, having already made up their mind about how she should be.

“Marilyn said she had no foundation. But she said she was really working on it. I’ve been trying to do the same thing. But sometimes a relationship doesn’t work out like you’d hoped,” Lindsay writes.

“The tabloids don’t give you a chance. They don’t want to know who you are inside. If everything’s OK with you, who wants to hear about it? I believe in myself and I’m a good actress,” she adds.

On the heels of last night’s packed September launch party at Le Bain, we chatted with Lovecat editor Prince Chenoa about the newest issue (which features never-before-seen stills of Lindsay Lohan from Richard Phillips’ film), Ms. L herself, and all the usual things: sex, drugs, and Pinky and the Brain.

Tell us a little about your latest issue…
Prince Chenoa:This issue is our Sextember issue – we highlight different brands and bombshells – and it’s also our “fashion + film” issue, out for fashion week. We wanted to celebrate one of today’s most influential actresses, Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay is just amazing to work with. She was shot by famed painter Richard Phillips, and stars as “Lyndsy Lohan” in this issue.

Why the name change to “Lyndsy”?
We were looking to change the perception of Lindsay. By changing her name slightly, she became a fictional character who for the first time is seeing herself from the other side of the mirror. As a true film icon, she is unsure of where fiction and reality connect. She finds herself in a dreamlike state of mind. These pictures are never before published stills from the Richard Phillips film.

And who is Lovecat’s type of girl?
Sexy, fun – a classic bombshell beauty. Think a mix of Brigitte Bardot, Cindy Crawford, Pamela Anderson, and Rosie Huntington.

Lindsay Lohan is certainly enjoying the company of her latest employer, Philip Plein.

Just days after landing a modeling gig for Philipp Plein’s clothing line, Lindsay Lohan was spotted holding hands with the designer in Milan, causing many to wonder if the two had a romantic relationship to go along with their business partnership. The twosome didn’t seem shy about the public PDA while they were out shopping together on Monday, so are they more than just friends, or was it simply a bit of innocent hand-holding? Her rep got right to the point, telling Celebuzz:

“Lindsay is not dating Philipp Plein.”

On Sunday, Lindsay was seen striking a pose during a photo shoot for the Spring and Summer 2012 campaign. She changed in and out of a range of outfits including a summery red leather coat with matching short shorts.

When Lindsay was named the new face of the clothing line, Philipp said:

“Lindsay is a beautiful, highly acclaimed actress and model. We will be able to create unique images: Refined and luxurious, but also full of sensuality.”

Is Lindsay Lohan back to her partying ways? The actress/model has reportedly been causing quite a stir at Fashion Week, and things took a dramatic turn the other night when she went nuts and threw a tantrum at the V Magazine Black and White Ball at the Standard Hotel.

According to The Cut, Lindsay reportedly stood up from where she was hanging out with friends – and threw a drink – glass and all – and hit a cocktail waitress. Lindsay apparently wasn’t aiming for the waitress because she screamed “Not you, him!!” pointing at a man in a white t-shirt.

That man was V magazine photographer Jasper Rischen who confirmed the incident when he tweeted:

“Wow. Lindsay Lohan is as trashy as they always say. She threw drinks and glasses to me as we tried to take a shot for @vmagazine. C.*.*.t.”

Lohan must have found it horrible that a photographer who works for the magazine of the party she was attending would have the audacity to try to photograph her.

But the evening’s drama didn’t end there. According to The Cut, Lohan along with designer Cynthia Rowley and another friend moved to another section of the bar, “sucker-punching a seemingly innocent bystander as she walked past.”

And then in what might have been the strangest part of the night, the website reports that the bar’s lights went up and the music went off, and a man yelled “She’s bleeding!” The Cut explained:

Medics surrounded a brunette woman, lying with her black sheer-stocking-ed legs elevated on a white leather couch, adjacent to where Lohan had been sitting. When they lifted her up to place her on a stretcher, the back of her black dress was soaked in blood. Broken glass, a security guard confirmed after she had been rolled out. By then, the crowd had thinned out.
According to the blog Scallywag And Vagabond, who posted photos of the woman’s injury no one is sure if Lohan is to blame, but from the looks of it the woman was hurt badly. With Lindsay’s history legal troubles, she better hope it had nothing to do with her glass throwing antic because this is the last thing she wants to be involved in .

I feel like I’m just waiting for the other shoe to drop with Lindsay…you know? Like the crazy is just waiting below the surface to come out. She’s like one break-down from shaving her head and attacking a car with an umbrella.

Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina hit Le Bain at the Standard Hotel in NYC last night where they hosted a party on behalf of Lovecat Magazine.

Lindsay is included in the magazine’s latest issue, the Summer of Sex.

She wore an ultra-low cut dress which accentuated her chest, revealing an ample amount of cleavage.

While she made sure she was head and shoulders above the rest of the guests at the party in an unusual pair of grey wedge heels.

Meanwhile her mother Dina, 48, wasn’t about to let her daughter take all the limelight.

She squeezed herself into a red leather number, topped off with a pair of black heels and a gold clutch.

The duo made their way into the Standard Hotel where quarterly fashion magazine Lovecat held a party at Le Bain, the hotel’s 18th floor rooftop club.

Is it just me or do Dina and Lindsay look the same age!? Jeez louise, that’s some hard living! Lindsay needs to go back to her natural hair color. This bleach blonde look isn’t doing her any favors.

Lindsay Lohan dressed in a short black dress as she heads out for another late night of partying with friends in New York  this weekend. Lindsay’s been enjoying events (and causing riots) at the Lincoln Center during the Spring 2012 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

Apparently, according to Page Six, Lindsay and ‘SNL’ comedian Jason Sudeikis were spotted throwing nuts at each other. That doesn’t really consist of hooking up – but by tabloid’s standards – they’re all but engaged.

“Jason and LiLo were sitting across from each other, then Jason started throwing peanuts or paper at her. Lindsay kept ducking to miss them until she decided to throw them right back at him. Then they began throwing nuts at each other trying to get it into each other’s mouths. Once finished they got up and hugged and started laughing together.”

I have to have a little more faith in Jason than this. I’m hoping he was just throwing nuts at her – and that’s where it ended. How could he ever get another A-list celebrity after a fling with LiLo? Not gonna happen.

PS: Lindsay’s face is morphing just like her sister’s! I like Celebitchy’s assumption that the sister’s got a 2-for-1 back alley deal on plastic surgery.

Either way – homegirl’s doing something to her face – and it’s not just BAD makeup.
