Cameron Diaz Calls Kate Upton the ‘Perfect 10′

Kate Upton Shops In Beverly Hills

In the upcoming film, The Other Woman, we are treated to one beautiful woman after another vying for the affections of a beautiful and philandering man, actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. Coster-Waldau best known for his role as Jaime Lannister on Game of Thrones (premieres on Sunday!!!!)  I, personally, love him.  In the previews for the film, Cameron Diaz, 41, speaking with the adorable Leslie Mann, 42, describes super hot model/actress Kate Upton, 21, as, “the perfect 10, lemon tart, double D.”  Can’t really argue with her there…

When speaking with E! News about working with Mann and Diaz, Upton remarked:

“They were the most inspirational and amazing women I had the honor to work with. They were really helpful in my experience with the movie, and I really appreciated all of their advice and all of their encouragement.”

The film premiered in Amsterdam yesterday, and the three stunners have been out and about promoting the film.  Upton sported a darling white Christian Siriano number that you can see here.

I really like Cameron’s views on female jealousy and vanity.  Women can be so brutal to one another.

‘I love women – and I don’t believe in female jealousy. I don’t feel like it’s a good feeling to have.’

She continued: ‘My parents always told me that whatever someone else had – in all areas – it wasn’t mine to be entitled to. That all I can do is the best that I can do – and that what’s most important is whether I can do better at what I’m doing.’

‘I have very little vanity – but at the same time I’m incredibly vain,’ the starlet juxtaposed. ‘If I see a bad picture of myself in a magazine, I don’t give a s**t. I’m, like, whatever.

But it’s a funny thing being out in the world in the way that I am. You really have to keep yourself in check because it’s easy to lose your head.’

‘Now that I’m getting older, people have stopped asking me about proving myself and started asking me whether I’m worried that I won’t get any interesting roles any more – when, actually, older roles are the best roles for a woman.

The ingénues are not getting the interesting roles now – they weren’t really ever. They were just being objectified.’

I think this movie looks super cute.  I suspect my husband will want to skip it though.

Cameron Diaz thinks all women are sexually attracted to each other!

cameron diaz 3

Cameron Diaz is a little… shall we say, “unconventional”? She comes out with some crazy stuff sometimes, so it’s not particularly shocking that she believes that all women are attracted to other women. That’s just the facts according to Cameron, so no use arguing with her about it!

“I think women are beautiful – absolutely beautiful, and I think that all women have been sexually attracted to another woman at some point. ”

“It’s natural to have a connectivity and an appreciation for the beauty of other women.”

Hm, how true would you say that is?

I wouldn’t put much stock in Cameron Diaz’s opinion, though – this is the same woman who insisted that everyone will be cheated on in life. She doesn’t particularly speak for everyone, does she?

Cameron Diaz Stands by Her Woman

CinemaCon 2014 - 20th Century Fox Special Presentation Highlighting Its Future Release Schedule

Cameron Diaz is a longtime friend of Gwyneth Paltrow’s, and is standing by her friend through the trials of divorce and “conscious uncoupling.”  When speaking with E! News yesterday at CinemaCon, she commented:

“For both Chris and Gwyneth, I mean they worked really hard,” Diaz told E! News exclusively today at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. “People want them to blow up and it to be ugly, but they’re kind, generous, loving people who really care about one another. Just because they don’t want to be a couple together, doesn’t mean that they have to hate one another. They are really good friends.”

Diaz continued, “They’ve made a conscious effort to separate the part of their lives they don’t want to live together anymore, and maintain a really beautiful, strong bond as parents and as friends…I think people should really honor that and they should admire it and they should respect it. They’ve done something really extraordinary, and they’ve been very brave at presenting that to the public.”

Diaz added of her pal, “She’s doing great. They’re doing great.”

The two beautiful superstars became close back in 2008 after Diaz’ father passed away.  Apparently Paltrow reached out during the difficult time because she had also lost her father at an early age.

Well.  This divorce seems like it’s going to be discussed to death.  But how great for Paltrow to have good friends to lean on in sickness and health?  Diaz strikes me as a pretty raging and fun wing-woman for the single life.

Leslie Mann and Cameron Diaz are Adorable

CinemaCon 2014 - 20th Century Fox Special Presentation Highlighting Its Future Release Schedule

Leslie Mann and Cameron Diaz attended CinemaCon in Vegas earlier today and were adorable.  I think their new movie, The Other Woman looks hilarious.  Plus it has Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) in it.  Win win.

Cameron Diaz thinks everyone will get cheated on – even you!

Cameron Diaz isn’t married, nor has she been in many long-lasting relationships (that the public has been privy to, anyway) – and that’s totally fine! Live that single life, girl. However, it seems to me Cameron – who is starring in the new movie The Other Woman – might have some underlying issues, as she seems to think that regardless of who you are and how good your relationship may be, you’re going to get cheated on sooner or later.

“Everybody has been cheated on, everyone will be cheated on. I can’t fix that, I don’t know how, I don’t have any judgement on anybody, I don’t know how to fix the problem.

“We are human beings, we are complicated – you cannot go through life without tallying up a few scars, you cannot go through life unscathed, it’s just what it is. It’s all meant to happen, take your lessons, figure it out, move on.”

Sure, it’s fair to say that a lot of infidelity takes place in the world. And, of course, Cameron might be generalizing quite a bit here. Clearly she’s had some experiences in life that have led her to feel this way, but I assure her (and you) that it is possible to be in a relationship where you’re NOT cheated on. Promise!
