It’s a boy – again!

Sources confirm to PEOPLE that Usher and his wife Tameka have a new addition to the family: a baby boy born on Wednesday.

The new Raymond (whose name has not yet been released) joins older brother Usher Raymond V, who turned 1 on Nov. 26. The couple married in 2007. Tameka, 37, also has three sons from a previous relationship.

A source says Usher was at his wife’s side during the delivery.

Last month, he told Access Hollywood that his soon-to-arrive baby was “one of the best Christmas gifts there is to have.”

“I’m so proud to be a father by the time I’m 30,” Usher (who hit the big 3-0 in October) told PEOPLE back in August. “I’d hate to be 80 years old and not be able to run with my kids. I need to still be able to do flips when they’re in high school!”

The singer and his wife, Tameka Foster Raymond, have a 10-month-old son, Usher V, but an insider reveals, “Tameka is pregnant with their second child!” Though there have been rumors that the couple’s two-year marriage is in trouble, insiders deny it. “She’s been at all of his recent concerts; they’re together.” Another pal confirms the news, adding, “She’s due in December.” Usher, 29, who performed in the 2008 NFL kickoff concert in NYC on September 4, called his first son an “extension of his union” with Tameka, 37.

Tameka Foster is one understanding wife. Her husband, Usher, is preparing to spend 15 nights with other women – lots of other women.

The singer, 29, is planning an “intimate” concert tour that’s just for the ladies, he told the Associated Press, adding that details of his “One Night Stand” shows are still being finalized.

“This album … was definitely the type of one that was more intimate,” the entertainer says of his most recent recording, Here I Stand. “So what better way to get up close and personal than to make it all women?”

And what should female fans expect? “The ladies like to see that masculine build,” he told the AP. “They question if I still got it.”

The singer – who has a son, Usher Raymond V, with his wife – is set to perform with Keith Urban at the National Football League’s annual kickoff concert Thursday.

And you can bet there’ll be one or two guys in the audience that night.

R&B star Usher and his mother are working together once again.

“Usher has dissolved his management arrangement with Benny Medina and has re-engaged Jonnetta Patton as his manager,” the mother and son said in a statement Wednesday.

According to a source, “He wanted her to come back on board and she decided to. He had really poor management and wanted her back.” The source cited lackluster album sales as one of the reasons Usher decided to reconsider his management.

In his own statement, Medina told People Wednesday, “With an artist like Usher, the bar is set really high. Whether it was management, marketing or the music, we achieved a number one single and a number one album. It is a completely new day and time in music now. In four years, his audience, demographic, and musical direction has changed. Records like Lil Wayne’s ‘Lollipop’ are the type of phenomena that ‘Yeah’ was in 2004. I had a great time and we parted ways amicably.”

Usher’s publicist, Patti Webster, also resigned on Aug. 1.

Usher and his mother, who previously managed her son’s career, parted ways professionally in May 2007, around the time the R&B singer got engaged to Tameka Foster. The couple postponed their wedding, partly due to family matters, including Foster’s tense relationship with Patton, sources said at the time. Usher and Foster later wed in a quiet civil ceremony on Aug 3, 2007, then had their dream wedding later that month, which his mother did not attend.

In an interview with Vibe earlier this year, Usher would not characterize the split from his mom as a firing. Instead, he said he paid her “the ultimate compliment” by having her retire.

Sean Combs, Usher, and Jermaine Dupri ran for their lives after a party thrown by the So So Def label founder in Atlanta, Georgia was disrupted by gunshots.

Dupri was hosting an event at Club Dream on Friday night with stars including rap mogul Combs, singer Usher and actors Gabrielle Union and Larenz Tate in attendance.

But violence erupted in the early hours of Saturday when a gunman opened fire inside the venue, sending the panicked crowd running for the exits.

Police officials have yet to comment on the incident, although sources tell website TMZ.com that only one minor injury was reported.

No suspects have been named as WENN went to press.

Usher regrets not spending more time with his father before he died in January.

The Yeah! singer reconciled with Usher Terry Raymond III after spending much of his life estranged from his parent – and now wishes he had had more time to get to know his dad.

Usher admits he was too busy to sit down and talk to the man he always thought had deserted him as a child.

He says, “Instead of being there when he was sick, I was working. There was no amount of money that could have fixed my father’s health, but I could have just spent that time with him.”

Now a father himself, Usher accepts there were reasons why his own dad couldn’t be around for him when he was younger.

He adds, “I forgave him for anything he’d ever done to hurt me unintentionally… It was very difficult for him to be in the situation he was in and be the example he wanted me to follow. So he intentionally stayed away. He was kept away from me too. He didn’t like it, but he didn’t fight it because he knew he wasn’t living right.”

His father’s final words to him inspired Usher to write a heartfelt song for his son, Prayer For You.

Usher explains, “He asked me to forgive him for not being there. He let me know that he never stopped praying for me. This compelled me to write a song to my son.”

And his father’s mistakes will make Usher a better dad: “I’m gonna be the father that my dad wished he was to me.”
