“Beverly Hills, 90210″ alum and reality show star Tori Spelling is working on a second tell-all, Simon & Schuster announced today, that will focus on her life as a Hollywood mom. The new book, tentatively titled Mommywood, is expected to hit shelves next April.
“Writing my first book, sTori Telling, was an amazing, cathartic journey for me,” Tori says. “Now, being a mom of two beautiful babies, I’m excited to share more stories as I embark on this new chapter of my life.”
sTori Telling spent seven weeks on the New York Times best-seller list. In that book, Tori told her side of the story about her fairy-tale wedding to the wrong man, her so-called feud with her mother, and her much-publicized, reported “disinheritance.”
Her new book picks up where that one left off, focusing on the birth of one-year-old son Liam and newborn Stella and the challenges of shooting her reality shows. She can next be seen reprising her TV role as Donna Martin on the upcoming “90210″ spin-off.

Shannon Doherty may have earned a bad girl’s reputation on the set of Beverly Hills, 90210, but there’s one person who’s excited she’s going back to the world’s most famous zip code: former costar Tori Spelling.
News that Doherty has joined the new 90210 cast, “is amazing,” says Spelling, who also plans on appearing on the CW spin-off.
“That’s probably the best news the fans could ever get,” she told People at Saturday’s Much Love Animal Rescue’s Bow Wow Wow event. And despite Doherty’s onset reputation, Spelling says, “All the girls on the show will be psyched!”
Spelling is pretty psyched herself — about her own growing family. Daughter Stella, who was born June 6, “is doing great,” she says. “She’s growing fast. It seemed like only yesterday she was born and now she has big chubby cheeks and she’s starting to focus everywhere.”
And big brother Liam, 1, is stepping right into his new role as big brother, Spelling says.
“He’s doing well, [the] little man,” says Spelling. “He’s at that age where it’s hard for him to understand. He’s not old enough to explain to him what’s happening but he’s old enough that he knows something’s happening. So, at first he was unsure, but now he gives her kisses goodnight. It’s really sweet.”

From EOnline!
If you’re a fan of the OG Peach Pit posse, you might want to sit down, ‘cause sources connected to the CW’s new 90210 are spilling exclusive dish of OMG proportions.
In a nutshell: Shannen Doherty is in, Tori Spelling is out and Jennie Garth may be—wait for it—reuniting with Shannen on the screen.
(We’ll pause while you find a paper bag to breathe into…especially if your name happens to be Jennie Garth.)
A very reliable and very inside source who works on 90210 tells me exclusively that, “It is happening with Shannen. It’s just a question of how long she’ll shoot, whether it will be one day or ten and what the storyline will be, but we are working on it, and it is a very real thing.”
Inside sources also confirm exclusively that Tori will not be able to appear in the season premiere for personal reasons. The new mom (she gave birth to a baby girl June 9) had been signed on to do “a few” episodes at the beginning of the season, but now that won’t be happening.
As for Shannen’s storyline, I’m told the details are still in the initial-concept stages, but the writers are hoping to get Shannen and Jennie together, onscreen, for a scene. Can you imagine?
Of course, the real question is, will they do it? “I don’t think there’s any love lost between Shannen and Jennie,” says one rock-solid inside source. “But they are both adults now and professionals, and I don’t see it being an issue. Everyone has their take on what happened back in the day, and I think the feeling is that it’s time to move on. They were 19 and 20 when all of that happened and a lot has changed. And, you know, they’re not moving in together, just shooting together for an hour and a half.”
Another insider close to the negotiations points out: “I want to stress that Shannen has been very, very cool through this whole process. We have seen nothing like the behavior for which she was once famous for.”
Awww…Who doesn’t love a redemption story, right? As long as there are two red dresses in the dressing room, all should be right with the world, the ratings should go through the roof and we 9-0 fans can start freaking out about how lip-smackingly juicy this remake just might turn out to be.

Tori Spelling can’t wait to start work on the forthcoming spin-off - comparing it to revisiting a beloved childhood memory.
The actress - whose late father, TV producer Aaron Spelling, created the original show - confirmed rumors in May she would join her pal Jennie Garth, who plays Kelly Taylor, in the forthcoming show.
And the star is excited about playing her original character Donna - despite not knowing anything about the show’s plotline.
She tells OK! magazine, “It’s like getting the chance to visit an old childhood memory. When I heard about the show, there was no hesitation. I was like: ‘I have to do this for the fans.’ I know Donna is in fashion - that’s it! I don’t know if she and David are married still.”

Tori Spelling’s husband Dean McDermott is already dreading his newborn daughter’s teenage years - and has vowed to be an overbearing and overprotective father.
The couple welcomed their second child, Stella Doreen, into the world at a Los Angeles hospital earlier this month.
Stella is McDermott’s first daughter and he admits raising a little girl has given him a new perspective on parenting.
He says, “She’s 10-days-old, and I’m already worried about when she’ll start to date. She’s so beautiful. Her dating life is going to be terrible. I’m going to scrutinize every boy that comes to the door.”
