After a week of weight scrutiny for Jessica Simpson, her beau, Tony Romo, has joined her on tour for some special support. “He thinks Jessica looks hot and has an amazing body,” an insider tells In Touch. “He is there to just be a good boyfriend.” The sexy singer, who’s currently on tour with Rascal Flatts, is due to perform tonight in Grand Rapids, Mo., where Tony will be cheering in the crowd. “They are having a blast and he can’t wait to see her perform,” adds the insider.

After flaunting a fuller figure at a concert in Pembroke Pines, Fla., on January 25, Jessica’s body has been the topic of talk all around the country. But Tony, 28, isn’t worried about how Jessica, 28, is handling the stress. “She’s a strong girl and has great self-confidence,” says the pal. The couple has also laughed off recent rumors of Tony’s cheating during a party at Jessica’s house. “They think all the rumors of Tony cheating are silly!”

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo may be feeling the pain from torn cartilage in his ribs – not to mention his team’s blistering loss to the Philadelphia Eagles over the weekend – but he does have one thing going for him: Jessica Simpson.

The athlete’s girlfriend “rushed to his side as soon as she found out that Tony got hurt,” a source told People after reports surfaced that Romo had collapsed in the shower of the team’s locker room after the game Sunday.

“She got on a red eye flight right when she found out, and arrived at 5 a.m. [that] morning,” the source added.

As for Romo, 28, the torn cartilage popped out of place twice during the game and again afterward, which is what caused him to collapse, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Tony Romo better rest up, because Jessica Simpson doesn’t just want a child – she wants six of them!

“I’d love six kids running around, but I guess I’ll have to start pretty soon,” the Do You Know artist told Australia’s Daily Telegraph.

As for her Dallas quarterback boyfriend Tony, Jessica isn’t squeamish about expressing her feelings.

“It’s a beautiful relationship,” she says. “He’s everything I could dream of and I really love him. I’m proud to be his girlfriend.”

Although she’s been criticized in the past for revealing her loving feelings too soon, a la her relationship with John Mayer, Jess isn’t worried this time around about admitting her love to the world.

“Even if things don’t work out between Tony and me — though, knock on wood, I believe they will — I don’t regret anything I’ve ever said,” she reveals. “That’s just how I love. I’m all in and I live one moment at a time. If I’m happy, I’ll talk about being happy. Maybe I do talk too much, but I still feel as if I’m holding back.”

Jessica Simpson just notched her first No.-1 country album – but she also wants to give herself props having Tony Romo as the love of her life.

“Tony is a great quarterback, but he’s a better boyfriend,” Simpson, 28, told People at a Nina’s Night Out, a benefit for the Rape Crisis Center at the Palms Casino Resort’s Pearl Theatre in Las Vegas on Thursday. “I’m seriously proud of myself for letting him into my life.”

Romo “was my Monday this week,” joked Simpson, in reference to her song about him, “You’re My Sunday,” and the Dallas Cowboys’ huge win over the Philadelphia Eagles on ESPN’s Monday Night Football a few days ago.

The NFL star is also someone else’s hero: He recently stopped to help a couple change their flat tire in Texas Sept. 7.

“Through all the chaos and torment and everything I go through, I can lay in his arms and finally rest,” she added.

Having her cuddled up next to him isn’t always such a relief, admitted Simpson.

“To be my man, you have to put up with a lot,” said the singer. “I toot under the sheets, I spend a lot of money and I can belch the ABC’s.”

On Forgetting Lyrics
During her 70-minute set featuring her album, Do You Know, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s country music chart this week, Simpson forgot the lyrics to one of her best-known pop songs, “With You.”

“I did the same thing on Good Morning America,” said an apologetic Simpson, referring to her tech-challenged TV spot before starting the song over again.

Afterwards, she said, “I’ve been singing that song for about 70 years and I forgot the lyrics. At least you guys knew them.”

Simpson continues her hectic promotional schedule, when she performs this weekend at the Los Angeles County Fair in Pomona, Calif.

“I’ve been to 12 states in the past week,” she said. “I’m exhausted, but it’s worth it. I can’t believe I have the No. 1 album in country right now.”
