Cheeky basketball fans distracted Eva Longoria’s husband Tony Parker during a crucial play-off game on Tuesday, by brandishing a life-sized cardboard cut-out of his sexy wife in the stands.

Parker was playing for his San Antonio Spurs team in a crucial game against the New Orleans Hornets, with the Spurs bidding to retain the NBA Championship they won last year .

But the Desperate Housewives star’s beau fluffed two key shots, seemingly put off by a mischievous fan waving a cut out of Longoria in a sexy pose.

San Antonio lost, and the team’s chances of making it through to the NBA Finals in June, now hang in the balance.

Eva Longoria Parker’s husband Tony is celebrating after a Los Angeles-based photo agency apologized for claiming he had an affair with a French model last summer.

Parker and his wife sued X17 bosses after they claimed the basketball star romanced Alexandra Paressant after meeting her on his wedding day last July.

And now, almost four months after X17 ran with the allegations, which were supported by Paressant, the agency chiefs have released an apology.

A statement reads, “X17online.com and X17, Inc. regret having been misled by Ms. Paressant and her representatives and apologize to Mr. Parker for any damage or inconvenience this may have caused him or his wife.”

Parker has always insisted he has never met Paressant.

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by Tony Parker — Eva’s hubby — against X17, the photo agency that published reports and text messages alleging that he cheated on Eva Longoria shortly after the couple were married.

claiming, “X17 had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source.”

X17 published stories that French model Alexandra Paressant had “an affair with Mr. Eva Longoria and that the two carried on a secret relationship for about two months.”

The San Antonio Spur seems particularly pissed that X17 never sought to “verify the information with Mr. Parker, Ms. Longoria, any of their representatives or….anyone else who might have knowledge of the truth or falsity of the allegations.”

The suit states, “Tony Parker has never had sexual relations with a woman named Alexandra Paressant.”

The suit seeks at least $20 million.

As of Friday, the couple seems to be sticking to their united front-front.  I’m hoping the rumors are just rumors & this couple will make it.  I just love Eva Longoria!

Eva Longoria is standing by her man.

Longoria, 32, showed up at L.A.’s Staples Center, where Tony Parker’s team, the San Antonio Spurs, faced off against the L.A. Lakers Thursday.

Parker, 25, sprained his ankle and sat out of the game while Longoria mingled with pals Mario Lopez and Ryan Seacrest. (She drove to the game with pal Sheryl Crow.)

Though the Spurs lost, Longoria and Parker — who deny a model’s claim that Parker cheated on her — were all smiles as they dined with friends at Hollywood sushi restaurant Katsuya in Hollywood later that night (see photo, left). (The model released alleged text messages from Parker yesterday.)

It wasn’t the pair’s only sighting Thursday. That morning, Parker popped by the L.A. set of a L’Oreal commercial his wife is shooting with Heather Locklear.

“Tony went straight into Eva’s trailer,” an onlooker tells Usmagazine.com. “She was already on set when he arrived but he waited for her to come back.

“She came back with a big smile on her face and acted as if nothing could possibly be wrong,” the source adds. “At the end of the day, they came out holding hands and seemed very much together.”

Tony Parker may be in some hot water.  Alexandra Paressant, the lady that claims she has had sex with Tony Parker on numerous occasions, has published some apparent text messages from the married basketball player.

“Are you coming or not? I would love to see you.”

According to X17online.com that is one of the messages that Tony sent to his mistress.

To prove Paressant’s allegations that she had an affair with the Spurs basketball player, the site noted Parker is friends with her on MySpace and published four text messages she claims were sent from him. Each were originally written in French:

• “I’m at the hotel, relax. We’re going to see each other on Thur. anyway.”
• “I’m back in Barcelona; call me when you get back.”
• “Come; I’m at the Park Hyatt.”

Paressant says that she met Tony Parker at his own wedding to Eva Longoria and has carried out a affair with Tony ever since.

Of course, the married couple have come out to say the allegations are completely false.

“These allegations are completely, 100% false and untrue,” Longoria’s rep said. “All high profile couples fall victim to these sorts of things in the course of their relationships. It appears that this is not the first time this woman has used an athlete to gain public notoriety.”

“I love my wife,” Parker added. “She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.”

Ironically, Longoria is on the cover of the latest issue of UK Glamour, hitting newsstands today in London.

“Both of us have these amazing lives separately, but they are second to being us, second to the relationship,” she told the magazine before Paressant’s allegations were known. “We’ll have our fights, our ups and downs, but no matter what, we want to be together and be married.”

The x17online.com report says that additional text messages are forthcoming.
