It’s been three years since the unfortunate death of Heath Ledger, and his former girlfriend, Naomi Watts is opening up about losing him.

The ‘Dream House’ actress, 43, dated Ledger from 2002-2004, and tells More Magazine that the Australian actor left a permanent mark on her life.

“We had a beautiful relationship, only a couple of years, but he was a man who was completely full of joy, and there was a lot of laughing and affection. He was really a very special soul,” Watts, who now has two sons with Liev Schreiber, tells More.

In remembering her late beau, Watts says she can sympathize with the Aussie actor’s daughter, Matilda, who turns six in October, because she also lost her father at a young age.

“Not knowing my father always made me feel like a piece of myself was missing or unknown. Not reachable,” Watts revealed. “Growing up, there was this wondering what he would think of me or what I would think of him.”

“[Heath was such] a great actor, but I know there was so much more to come. It’s such a tragedy for his little daughter, Watts says of Matilda, whose mother is Ledger’s Brokeback Mountain costar Michelle Williams.

I remember being so incredibly sad when he died. He certainly died way too soon! His star was on the rise!

Sarah Jessica Parker appeared last night at Paul McCartney’s debut ballet, Ocean’s Kingdom. Paul’s music was the center of the ballet.

Sarah’s lace dress is from the Stella McCartney Spring 2012 collection.

I think I like the dress, although I can’t imagine many people besides SJP could pull it off. Look how hot her legs look! I would MUCH prefer it without that flower, however. It dumbs down the dress, if you ask me.

Metro NY newspaper took a shot at both Sarah Jessica Parker AND Christina Hendricks in their latest issue. The editor of the paper added the following caption along with the picture above:

“You know what’s a great way for Sarah Jessica Parker to hide the fact that she has a large nose? Make sure she stands next to Christina Hendricks’ cleavage. Here are the two actresses at the premiere of their new movie, ‘I Don’t Know How She Does It,’ on Monday in New York City.”

OMG really!? Why in the world would they call out Sarah Jessica Parker’s NOSE!? Someone thought this was funny – I just find it offensive!

Wow, Sarah Jessica Parker is everywhere right now! While currently promoting her new movie ‘I Don’t Know How She Does It’, she stopped by a Manolo Blahnik event last night for Fashion’s Night Out in NYC. The actress was on hand to sign shoes for charity.

You can take the girl out of Sex And The City, but you can’t take Sex And The City out of the girl! While Sarah Jessica Parker has always insisted she is very different from her iconic character Carrie Bradshaw – there’s one thing they’ve always had in common – a love for shoes. And last night, a leather-clad Parker celebrated her love of footwear as she teamed up with Manolo Blahnik for Fashion’s Night Out in New York.

The mother-of-three arrived at the footwear designer’s Midtown Manhattan boutique in an stylish brown leather dress and white stilettos that would have made her TV alter-ego proud. Parker was the star attraction of the event to celebrate Fashion’s Night Out where she signed pairs of high-heels she co-designed with Blahnik.

As well as signing regular autographs for fans, she also got a treat when someone presented the blue pair of buckled Manolo pumps, similar to ones worn by Carrie in the first Sex And The City film when she married Mr Big in City Hall.

Proceeds of sales from last night’s event went to the Fund for Public Schools – a cause close to Parker’s heart.

Blahnik also arranged for a one-off Manolo milkshake truck to cruise the nearby streets selling shakes, with the proceeds also going to the same charity.

Meanwhile, Parker has been speaking about how she balances her career and motherhood while promoting her new film I Don’t Know How She Does It.

She said: ‘It’s complicated and it’s basically everything I ever wanted. It’s most difficult at the most surprising moments. You plan to be away and it’s a finite period of time and you can make sense of it and then something happens and you have to leave unexpectedly, say to go out for a work thing, that you didn’t plan and all of a sudden that’s the moment that breaks you. It’s surprising the things that are painful or the things that you feel the most conflict about, or these measures of guilt that show up. It’s like Jenga. It’s a house of cards.’ (Daily Mail)
