Despite rumors, Lindsay Lohan says she and girlfriend Samantha Ronson are not calling it quits.

On Monday, she blogged on her MySpace Celebrity page: “Oy vey! Rumors. Just to clear this up, because I have been getting a lot of emails asking me this one question … Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan (me) are NOT breaking up.”

To highlight how blissful things are, the actress noted the song she is currently listening to: “Happy Together” by The Turtles.

In December’s Harper’s Bazaar, Lohan declared her love for the celeb deejay.

“She’s a wonderful person and I love her very much,” she said.

But she added that she isn’t comfortable talking about their romance.

“I feel like it jinxes it,” said the star. “It’s hard. The second I start talking about whomever I’m seeing, a month or two later it’s failed.”

Michael Lohan has apologized for calling Lindsay’s girlfriend Sam Ronson “a drug” earlier this summer.

“I definitely regret all the things I said about Samantha,” Michael told New York magazine at a book party Oct. 21.

“I’m a Christian,” he added. “I should not pass judgment on anyone.”

In September, Michael went off on Ronson, calling her a “dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity.” Lindsay snapped back, calling her dad a “coward” on her MySpace celebrity blog.

Michael says he’s now learned not use the media to reach out to his daughter.

“In the past, I felt that the best way to get to her was to speak out publicly,” Michael said. “And it was the wrong choice.”

Michael says he’s in contact with Lindsay these days, and recently spent four days with his college-aged son, Michael.

As for providing more details on Lindsay’s life, Michael is keeping mum.

“Family matters should be kept private,” he said. “I’ve learned that now.”

Samantha Ronson spins recordings—she doesn’t sit for them.

Lindsay Lohan’s shadow is following in LiLo’s legal footsteps, seeking a court order to prevent her upcoming deposition from being recorded for fear of the footage getting leaked to the media.

Ronson filed a declaration requesting the confidentiality order in her ongoing negligence suit against her former attorney.

“As a result of my friendship with Ms. Lohan, I am constantly followed by reporters, photographers and paparazzi whenever I go out in public,” she said.

“Because of the media’s significant coverage of my activities, I am very worried that anything I say during the course of my deposition in this action will be published by someone in the media and made available to the public to read.”

The celebrity DJ is set to be deposed in her lawsuit against former attorney Martin Garbus, who unsuccessfully represented her in her defamation suit against blogger Perez Hilton. Ronson accuses Garbus of failing to properly represent her throughout the case due to a conflict of interest over payment.

She said in her declaration to the court that she expects to be quizzed by Garbus’ lawyers on her relationship and communications with Lohan, whether she has ever been treated for alcohol or substance abuse, if she has undergone counseling or therapy, her connection to police and her income—all topics she fears would make for a field day for the media.

“These subjects involve extremely private and confidential matters,” she said. “I should not have to worry that anything I say about these subjects during the course of my deposition will be publicized for the world to know.”

Like Lohan’s lawyers requested last week, Ronson is seeking a ban on any video or audio recordings of the deposition and wants the transcript to be kept sealed.

A hearing on the duo’s motions has been set for Nov. 6.

Lindsay Lohan has confirmed what the world has guessed: She’s been dating Samantha Ronson “a very long time.”

The 22-year-old actress casually told the co-host of the syndicated radio program “Loveline” on Monday that she’s been dating the 31-year-old DJ. The pair have appeared in public and been photographed together, but have never publicly commented about the extent of their relationship.

“You guys, you and Samantha, have been going out for how long now?” DJ Ted Stryker asked. “Like two years, one year, five months, two months?”

“For a very long time,” Lohan said after laughing.

Stryker interviewed Ronson while she took a break from DJing at TV Guide’s Emmy afterparty Monday night in Los Angeles. Ronson had been discussing her friendship with DJ AM and Travis Barker, who are recovering from severe burns following a plane crash in South Carolina last weekend, before putting Lohan on the phone.

Lohan’s publicist, Leslie Sloane-Zelnik, told The Associated Press on Monday that Lohan is not engaged to be married.
