“My girlfriend won’t play my songs,” Lindsay Lohan jokingly complained while sitting behind her latest love interest, Samantha Ronson, who was DJing the Ultimate White Party at Shrine at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods Thursday night.

Seated behind Ronson, in Shrine’s DJ booth, Lohan spent much of the three-hour party texting furiously on her BlackBerry, avoiding prying photographers, and stealing kisses from Ronson. Despite the all-white dress code, the girls were clad solely in black, with the one exception being Ronson’s trademark white fedora, and the dark outfit helped Lohan blend into the background.

“I don’t even see her,” one disappointed girl scoffed to her friend. “Are you sure she’s even there?” Seated in front of a black door, Lohan kept her head down, and alternated between sipping from Ronson’s sake glass and a bottle of water. She didn’t even dance until Ronson played Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way.” But her self-consciousness set in after the camera flashes started, and she retreated to the corner.

Later in the night Lohan grabbed one lensman’s camera and was overheard saying, “I want to show all these people how it feels, so I’m going to take their picture,” before going berserk with it. Running from side to side of the DJ booth, Lohan snapped a few pictures of Ronson while she was spinning before turning the camera on the crowd. Guests seated next to the booth were the subjects of a particularly long series of pictures because Lohan thought, “they look the sketchiest.”

At 1am, when the party wrapped up, Lohan grabbed the microphone and declared, “She’s taken!” after everyone began yelling Ronson’s name. Security moved quick when the crowd of 1,200 partiers wasn’t leaving the venue. “Lindsay snapped a little bit, and said she needed to get out of there right away. The lights were on, everyone could easily see her and they were all trying to get a picture,” said one insider.

Lohan was in such a hurry to leave, she left a gift certificate worth $1000 in gaming chips at the booth. The present was courtesy of the MGM Grand, but Lohan didn’t have time to gamble anyway: she and Ronson quickly changed into sweatsuits and hopped in a NYC-bound limo at 2 am.

Could this be love?

It may be for Samantha Ronson, who shelled out nearly $22,000 for a Cartier diamond ring for presumed girlfriend Lindsay Lohan on Monday.

The two were out in Los Angeles window shopping, when Ronson, 30, bought the ring as a birthday gift for Lohan.

“Sam took Lindsay shopping to celebrate her 22nd birthday,” a source told UK’s The Mirror newspaper. “Although Lindsay is the major breadwinner, Sam has her own money and is very proud.”

But the wedding invitations aren’t going out yet.

“It’s not an engagement ring – simply a token of her commitment,” the source said.

Lohan and her gal pal have been inseparable since the two were caught kissing on Diddy’s yacht in Cannes in May. The actress has yet to clarify the nature of their relationship.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are a “cute couple” according to the DJ’s music producer brother Mark.

The pair has yet to confirmed their rumored lesbian romance, despite reports of them kissing at the Cannes Film Festival last month.

On Monday, they ate out in Los Angeles together with singer Lily Allen, a friend of Mark’s – who is now hinting the relationship is for real.

He says, “My sister and Lindsay make a cute couple, don’t they?”

Lily Allen spent last night having dinner with her old buddy Samantha Ronson — and one of the most talked-about stars in Hollywood.

But you’d never know it from her blog!

Even though Lily sat next to Lindsay Lohan, rumored to be Sam’s girlfriend, at the restaurant, the British singer conspicuously refused to mention her by name in her post on Myspace today.

The 23-year-old, who had not spent time with the troubled Herbie actress before last night, rambled on about everything from the Coke she had with lunch to the type of tomatoes in her salsa, but pointedly referred only to Samantha’s “friend”.

“I came back to the hotel at about 7,” the Smile star wrote today, “and went straight to dinner with my number one fan and avid reader of my blog Samantha.

“We went to this place called Il Sole. The food? Amazing. I love truffles, big time, and they didn’t disappoint.

“Samantha brought a rather famous friend with her and about 50 million paparazzi.”
