Four months after former So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Alex Da Silva was arrested and subsequently cleared of multiple rape-related charges, he was arrested again for allegedly sexually assaulting four women.

The SYTYCD star was charged with eight felony counts of assault after being arrested Tuesday morning at his North Hollywood home, TMZ.com reports.

The charges include four counts of forcible rape, two counts of assault with intent to commit rape and two counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object.

The District Attorney claims the alleged assaults occurred between August 2002 and March 2009. The four alleged victims were between the ages of 20 and 26 and were all dancers who met Da Silva through his dance classes.

Da Silva was arrested for similar charges this past April, but L.A. prosecutors claimed there was not enough evidence to pursue any charges.

He is being held on $6.2 million bail.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, Bachelorette host Chris Harrison says he didn’t ask Jillian Harris if she believed her fiance Ed Swiderski cheated during a recent phone conversation.

“I didn’t ask her because I don’t want to know,” he tells Us Weekly.

Us Weekly first reported last week that two women claim they had flings with Swiderski, 30, while he was with Harris. On June 4 – eight days after Swiderski popped the question to Harris on The Bachelorette finale – Lindsey Johnson tells Us Weekly she even slept with the Chicago Microsoft consultant. A day later, another woman, Bethany Steffen, tells Us Weekly Swiderski texted her to “bring beer and condoms” over to his place.

Now, contestant Wes Hayden tells us that Swiderski talked about having a girlfriend while shooting the ABC reality show. “Dave [Good] and I both remember Ed saying he had a girlfriend,” says Hayden. “But we are not the kind who are going to run our mouths.”

Harrison believes they’ve even set a wedding date.

Wes Hayden, The Bachelorette’s “baddest boy of them all,” just wrapped up a guys’ weekend in Austin with some other former contestants from the show.

“Tanner [Pope,] who lives in Dallas, drove up while Mike [Stagliano] and David [Good] and the rest of the guys flew in to have a good time and see me,” Hayden tells People. “I loved hanging out with the guys. We had a great time.”

What does a group of bachelors do during a guys’ weekend? While some of the guys went to Lake Austin Spa Resort to get pampered, the whole group hit local hotspot Ranch 616, where they shared dinner, drinks and dish about Bachelorette winner Ed Swiderski — and those claims he was unfaithful to his new fiancée Jillian Harris.

“I had no clue whether Ed had a girlfriend … while we were on the show. I really didn’t know about any of it,” he says. “But if it’s true, I feel really bad for Jillian. I don’t know what to believe to be honest with you. I feel bad for Jillian and for Ed. But if in fact he was doing what everybody’s been saying, then man up and deal with it.”

The controversial country singer, who told People not to believe everything you see on TV, expressed doubt about whether romance can blossom on the show.

“I have a hard time grasping that any of the show’s intentions are genuine,” he said. “If Jillian and Ed and their relationship is truly genuine, if she honestly came on the show looking for love and thought that she found it and then found out that it was all made up and Ed was cheating on her, then that’s awful.”

As for Jillian, Hayden says, “We connected on the show and we’re always going to be friends.”

But he’s moving on and focused on his music career, still pushing his first album Full Circle.

“I’m not dating anybody; I’m way too busy right now,” he says. “I see a lot of my sister right now though. She goes on the road with me wherever I go … But you know, if I meet the right woman, I’d like to settle down someday.”

Bachelorette’s Jillian Harris says she cries over reports that her fiance, Ed Swiderski, slept with one woman and tried to bed another days after proposing to her on national TV.

“I’ll admit, I was tearing up with my dad this morning,” Harris, 29, told The Province newspaper Thursday. “I would never do anything mean-spirited in my life. I’ll never say a mean thing about one of those girls even though I’m very confused why they would do something like this…. I just don’t really get it, but that’s part of what I signed up for and I just need to hold on tight and get through it.”

Harris still denies that Swiderski was two-timing her with Lindsey Johnson and Bethany Steffen, as both women exclusively reveal in excruciating detail in the newest issue of Us Weekly (on stands now).

“It’s actually very sad for me and for Ed and I’m sure for the two girls involved, who I’m sure are very regretful for saying these things that aren’t true,” she says.

Harris swears she was “in the loop like you would not believe” about Swiderski’s relationship with Johnson and Steffen, who she writes off as ex girlfriends who still have feelings for him. (Us Weekly reports that Johnson slept with Swiderski a week after he proposed to Harris, and Swiderski attempted to bed Steffen, texting her: “Bring beer and condoms!”)

Swiderski is “so open,” Harris swears. “Of course he’s had exes. I’m very aware of that. I think there were definitely some feelings there when he left for the show … and that’s human nature and I understand that.

“I feel very sorry for the girls who are broken-hearted, because I know how that feels,” continues Harris, who was dumped by Jason Mesnick on Season 13 of The Bachelor.

“The way that they have dealt with it, to bring up things from the past that don’t apply to my relationship with Ed, it’s making them, I believe, look a little bit foolish….” she goes on.

Despite admitting tears, Harris says Swiderski’s dalliances are “not important to [her].” She says she still plans to move to Chicago next month to be closer to her fiance.

“I am not affected by this at all,” she says. “We really plan on trying to get out of the limelight and trying to get on with our lives. It’s been a hard couple of days but … it only made us stronger and it’s only made us communicate with each other more.

“We’re doing fine,” continues the Vancouver-based restaurateur. “It’s hard because I’m just a regular Canadian girl.”

The cast of Dancing With the Stars just got a whole lot stronger. How strong? Sources tell Life & Style that former Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno is set to star in the upcoming season of the popular ABC series.

Lou, who was training Michael Jackson for his comeback concerts until the singer died on June 25, had previously tried out for the show in 2007.

Lou tells Life & Style that while he hasn’t yet signed the contract, he can’t wait to start training for the show.

“I had a good meeting with the producers for Dancing With the Stars, it was really positive, and they loved the idea of having me on the show,” Lou says.

Though Lou is known for being a great athlete, dancing isn’t exactly his forte.

“I’ve never done that type of dancing before, so I know that I’ll have to train hard,” he says. “I’m a glutton for punishment, so I’ll give it my best shot.”

Joshua and Anna Duggar say they’re ready to premiere the name of the newest Duggar, expected to arrive Oct. 20, 2009: Mackynzie Renée.

“We are really excited about all of it,” Josh tells People about prepping for the birth of the newest Duggar. “We’re going to have a little person that is ours to raise up. That is a real blessing.”

Josh is the eldest of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 18 children, whose names all begin with the letter J. The family lives in Tontitown, Ark., and is featured on TLC’s 18 Kids and Counting.

So, with the announcement of the new baby’s name, does this mean all of Josh and Anna’s kids’ names will start with M?

“We won’t decide that now,” Josh says. “We’ll take one at a time.”

Meanwhile, Anna is getting the baby’s brown and lime green room prepared – “maybe we’ll add a little pink,” she says, now they’ve found out the baby’s gender – and reading parenting books.

“My favorite part of pregnancy is feeling the baby move and kick,” she says. “And, it is so neat watching Josh enjoy the pregnancy and bond with Mackynzie. It has brought our relationship closer together.”

The family is set to be featured on Fox News Channel’s Huckabee show, talking with the former governor about Mackynzie and how the Duggar’s reality show and family experience is different than the Jon & Kate Plus 8 situation.

“I am really enjoying the reality show,” says Anna, who is the newest member of the cast. “It has been neat because they are doing such a great job of documenting our lives right now. We focus on pleasing the Lord, and trying to be who we really are. That’s what’s important.”

After a heart-wrenching elimination, Reid Rosenthal returned to Hawaii on the season finale of The Bachelorette at the last minute to try and win back the affection of Jillian Harris. And he thought it would work, he told host Chris Harrison on Tuesday’s “After the Final Rose” special.

But as more than ten million viewers witnessed, Harris let the 30-year-old Philadelphia realtor down gently, confessing that she was in love with somebody else — Chicago computer software consultant Ed Swiderski.

Even though two months have past since the finale was shot in Hawaii, Rosenthal confesses to People that his feelings for Harris haven’t gone away. “When I saw her [at the "After the Final Rose" special], feelings came back,” he tells People. “But everything happens for a reason. That’s the way I think in life and just knowing that makes everything easier.”

So why did he return? “I thought I was the best guy for her,” he says. “I knew I wanted to spend tomorrow with her. I wasn’t 100 percent sure we’d get married in six months or a year if she’d said yes. [But] I thought our relationship was 15 times better than the other two guys.”

Ready to date again “pretty soon — immediately,” Rosenthal admits his modicum of celebrity has been a hit with women.

“It’s insane! I thought it was just in Philly but now I’m out in L.A. and I was hanging out by the pool minding my own business and every single person came up to me and they were taking pictures,” he says. “When people come up, they are like, ‘We feel so bad.’ Two months have gone by, so I’m a little more detached from [the experience] than when I first got back.”

Reid, who says he was able to return the ring he bought for Harris, isn’t sure yet if he’d like to star on The Bachelor. “The upside is that you have 25 girls coming after you, which is never a bad thing. I trust the process at this point even though it is a little unnatural and puts you in a situation here you have to get to know somebody faster than you typically would,” he said. “The downside is it is a ton of work. Work doesn’t scare me but with real estate being so busy now, it’s gonna be hard for me to figure out how to keep my business and at the same time do that.”

As for Harris, Rosenthal says he has nothing but the best of wishes for her and Swiderski.

“If she’s happy, I’m happy for her,” Rosenthal says.
