Hef’s runaway bride, Crystal Harris has sold her engagement ring at an auction at Christie’s New York for $38,000, half of its original purchase price!
Hugh Hefner, 85, bought the 3.39 carat diamond ring for $90,000 and proposed to Crystal on Christmas Eve 2010. Whether it was a case of cold feet or conscience got the better of her, the former Playmate called it quits just five days before their June 18th nuptials.
It is reported that Crystal, 25, had the ring valued within weeks after she announced the news and when the jewelry shop owner offered his condolences, she replied: “Are you kidding?! It was all for publicity!”
Hef recently disclosed on Twitter the true nature of this one-time Playboy cover girl stating, “Crystal gave me Charlie [her dog] and I let her keep the engagement ring.”
I guess she has her priorities sorted out! Someone hand this girl a shovel, coz there’s a gold digger in town!

TMZ has confirmed that Lindsay Lohan is shooting nude photos for Playboy, and that the pictorial will earn her $1 million dollars!!
According to TMZ’s sources, the deal had been in the works for months, and that Lindsay originally turned down an offer of $750,000. The troubled star held out for $1 million, and apparently, she got it!
We’re told Hugh Hefner and Co. recently came back to Lindsay with an offer less than her asking price — but close enough for her to sign on the dotted line. No word yet on which issue Linds will be featured in … but it’s a good bet she’ll be on the cover.
Lindsay’s rep said, “I can neither confirm or deny at this time.” Playboy didn’t immediately respond to our email or phone call.
According to sources, the shoot started over the weekend — which means Linds was juggling her court ordered morgue duties … with getting nekkid.

Whether he saw it coming or not, Hugh Hefner is acting like a jilted groom.
Crystal Harris, who was Hugh’s fiance, called off their wedding just days before the ceremony. The July Playboy cover was released, and shows Crystal posing as Mrs. Crystal Hefner. Well, Hugh decided to have the last say – and ordered that each issue be slapped with a “Runaway Bride” sticker over her image.
Hefner, 85, Tweeted Wednesday that July’s Playboy cover featuring Harris, 25, will be affixed with a sticker that reads, “Runaway bride in this issue!” – following the model’s decision to back out of this Saturday’s wedding.
The cover jumped the gun by referring to Harris as “Mrs. Crystal Hefner.”
“Recent events call for a special sticker on the July cover. Look for it on newsstands,” Hefner writes.
Though he’s able to see a little humor in his situation, Hefner was clearly blindsided. “I didn’t see any of this coming, but I’m glad things went wrong before the marriage instead of after. Live & learn,” he says in another Tweet.
Meanwhile, friends have been consoling the Playboy founder. “Holly [Madison] came by to wish me well,” he writes. “The outpouring of support & affection from so many quarters is really touching.”
Harris told Ryan Seacrest Wednesday on his KIIS-FM radio show that she’d been having second thoughts about the wedding for a while. “I just sat back and thought about it all,” she said. “Is this what I wanted? And it wasn’t.”

‘Dancing With the Stars’ star Karina Smirnoff poses in the latest issue of Playboy. Inside the magazine she takes everything off, and Hugh Hefner calls the spread “unforgettable”.
“As a dancer I’ve always embraced my body. I’m thrilled to show off my strong, toned physique in the pages of Playboy and celebrate my sexiness,” Smirnoff told the magazine. “To me, sexy is the confident energy a person produces. Sexy is the comfortable feeling of being who you are. Sexy is not just having beautiful lips, legs and arms; it’s beyond that. Sexy is soul.”

Holly Madison may have gained a little weight since leaving the Playboy mansion, but she’s happy with her figure—flaws and all! “I’m not perfect, but I love my curves,” Holly tells Life & Style. However, one thing she’s in the process of shedding— her Playboy tattoo! During her Life & Style cover shoot on Feb. 21, Holly reveals she’s erased her signature rabbit-head tattoo.
“I started getting laser treatments in 2009 to remove it,” Holly exclusively tells Life & Style. “It’s a walking ad for Playboy — and I joke that they’ve stopped paying for the ad space! I still need six more treatments, but I don’t know if I’ll ever get around to them because it’s so easily covered with makeup.”

Chloe Sevigny is the subject of Playboy’s January 2011 feature, and in the interview she talks about the final season of ‘Big Love,’ her infamous oral sex scene in ‘Brown Bunny’ and her frustrations dating in New York.
On her regrets about bad-mouthing Big Love to a reporter: “I got into a lot of trouble. It was a huge thing on the Internet. Yeah, I got a little talking-to. [laughs] I don’t want to bite the hand that feeds me. I loved being on the show; I love my character and my co-stars. The whole experience has been great. I just felt it was a weaker season than others. I shouldn’t have said it. I don’t want to offend anybody.”
On what to expect in the upcoming final season: “The writers are concentrating a lot more this year on the politics within the family. For viewers who keep asking why Bill and the family keep getting away with everything they do, this season the characters start having to face consequences. Since HBO said that viewers respond to how conservative my character is, she becomes stricter and more conservative. They’re dressing me like Hillary Clinton in the 1980s.”
On co-star Bill Paxton exposing himself on the show more than the women: “Bill likes to get his kit off, and he looks great. The first season, my character was aggressive in bed, but that changed by the second and third seasons, and there was no sex on season four. I don’t know why, and I was confused by that. This season, aside from stuff with the teen characters, sex is still on the back burner. And although I have done nudity on the show, the other girls won’t do topless. I don’t want to be the show’s Samantha, like on Sex and the City–the only woman who’ll do nudity. So I refused to do any more and there was a lot of back-and-forth about it.”
On her oral sex scene with Vincent Gallo in The Brown Bunny: “What’s happened with that is all very complicated. There are a lot of emotions. I’ll probably have to go to therapy at some point. But I love Vincent. The film is tragic and beautiful, and I’m proud of it and my performance. I’m sad that people think one way of the movie, but what can you do? I’ve done many explicit sex scenes, but I’m not that interested in doing any more. I’m more self-aware now and wouldn’t be able to be as free, so why even do it?” LOTS MORE FROM THE ARTICLE AFTER THE JUMP! (more…)

Pam Anderson shows off more than her famous assets when she graces Playboy for the 13th time.
The actress-turned-activist displays another little-known skill: she’s a poet!
In a poem she penned to accompany the eight-page nude pictorial in the mag’s January issue, Anderson, 43, muses about the new Sexual Revolution and the need to do good.
“Our best isn’t good enough — right now our eyes are far-reaching,” Anderson, who first landed the cover of the mag in 1989. “Please let’s show the good in us. . . The brilliance. . . The wonderful. . . It’s abundant — it’s just not tapped as it should be.”
The mother of two, who refers to herself as “just a sex symbol” even calls out “All the negative ads run by our politicians,” and urges them to “Put that money to good use.”
She also shows her support for President Barack Obama, writing, “So many are with you. . . I can think of many positive parts of now. . . That you spearheaded.”
Her final thought? “May all your bombs be bombshells.”
