Yep, we’re serious. Pauly Shore wants to make a sequel to his cult classic, In The Army Now, with friend and fellow comedian, Andy Dick.
Shore tells TMZ that he’s “always said we should do ‘In the Army Again’ … We should rescue Katy Perry from a USO show gone bad or something.”
Though the movie was generally thought of to be terrible (ask critics, or check it out on Rotten Tomatoes), it made 23 million at the box office, and was Shore’s #3 highest grossing film. It’s a stretch, Pauly…but I’m sure Andy Dick’s free.

It’s still hard out there, as many people are still looking for employment. Well here’s a good option for those still searching for a job…and if you happen to love Pauly Shore movies and be a pro at math, then you’re just that much closer to landing the job of your dreams.
That’s right folks, Pauly Shore is looking for an assistant, and he has some interesting qualifications for applicants as well as an extensive questionnaire that hopefuls must complete before being considered.
Luckily for us, TMZ has obtained a copy of the application, and woo, it’s a doozey. Though some questions are recognizable (How many words can you type per minute? Can you book flights online? Have you ever toured or been on the road?) others are a bit more interesting (Do you have access to interns/PAs that would occasionally work under you for free? Have you ever been to a comedy club?).
Though many reports find some of the questions bizarre, I personally don’t see a problem with it. Okay, so Pauly Shore is no Academy Award-winning actor, but if I were him and I was trying to hire an assistant that would be my right-hand man (or woman, we’re equal opportunity here), I would need them to have seen everything I’ve done and know all about my career as well.
Check out the application HERE.

Shore has reportedly consulted a lawyer about possible legal action against British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen. Pauly is claiming Baron Cohen stole his plot idea of adopting an African baby in his latest movie “Bruno”.
