Paris Hilton and her ex Doug Reinhardt have reconciled, according to new reports. The high-profile couple split at the beginning of the summer, but friends claim Hilton is the subject of recent Twitter.com posts from Reinhardt, in which he coos about his love life.

A source tells UsMagazine.com, “They are definitely happy again.”

The couple started dating at the beginning of 2009 after Hilton split from Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden.

Reinhardt recently posted a ‘tweet’ on Twitter.com, stating, “What an amazing weekend with my beautiful girlfriend. I love her so much!”

In a spring interview, Hilton declared she’d marry Reinhardt, explaining, “I’m really in love and really happy.”

Less than two months after splitting, Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt are back together, Usmagazine.com has confirmed.

“They are definitely happy again,” a source close to the couple — who called it quits in June after four months of dating — tells Us.

A rep for Reinhardt has no comment.

On Monday, Reinhardt, 23, posted on Twitter: “What an amazing weekend with my beautiful girlfriend. I love her so much!”

The day before that, he wrote: “Laying in bed watching SportsCenter with my girl.”

Hilton, 28, declared she’d wed Reinhardt — who dated Lauren Conrad on The Hills — last April.

“He’s going to be my husband,” she told E! “We’re best friends. It’s not like we just met. We’ve known each other over the past year. I was in a relationship before and we reconnected. I’m really in love and really happy.”

Not only does Paris Hilton share a name with Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris Jackson, the celebutante reveals that the late King of Pop asked her mom Kathy Hilton for permission to use the name.

“My mom and Michael went to high school together and they were best friends since they were 13,” she tells Extra.

“So I grew up knowing Michael very well and when he had his daughter, he always loved the name Paris and grew up being an uncle to me. So he asked my mom if it was okay and of course she said yes and I think she’s such a beautiful little girl and I’m proud we have the same name.”

Paris Hilton is lashing out at the media for a bunch of stories that are floating around, linking her to Cristiano Ronaldo. She says that she wants the romance reports to die already.

Shortly after she split up from Doug Reinhardt, she was seen “enjoying an evening” with Ronaldo.

She tweeted, “I’m really sick of reporters not only making up stories, but also inventing their own quotes that I never even said. It’s ridiculous! They have no credibility. They make up vicious stories, and even though they are so far from the truth, it’s still hurtful. They even invent relationships, if I even talk to a guy as a friend, they blow it so out of proportion and act like we are dating. So lame. Sorry for venting, I’m just sick of all these stupid rumors. I’m trying to focus on my life and work and don’t need the extra stress. Plus, I want you all to know the truth. Don’t believe what you read, about 90 percent of it is pure fiction.”
