Naomi Campbell appeared in court Friday and pleaded guilty to assaulting two police officers in London’s Heathrow airport this April, People has confirmed.
The 38-year-old pleaded guilty to four of the six charges she was facing – two counts of assaulting a police constable; one of using threatening, abusive words or behavior to cabin crew; and one of using insulting, abusive, threatening behavior or disorderly conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
The Crown Prosecution Service has decided not to pursue the other two charges.
“Ms. Campbell was aggressive, hostile and violent to people who were simply trying to do their jobs,” C.P.S. director Nazir Afzal said in a statement. “Her behaviour fell far short of what is acceptable.”
According to one source close to the trial, Campbell must remain in the Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court precinct to await sentencing.
“The magistrate has asked for a report from the probation service prior to sentencing,” the source tells People. “It is expected that she will be sentenced this afternoon.”
Campbell could face a jail term of up to six months and a fine of $10,000 for each assault charge. Before the court convened, a rep for the model told press she “regretted” the incident.
Last year, Campbell was ordered to attend anger management classes and complete five days of community service after she pleaded guilty to assault for throwing a cell phone at her housekeeper.

Naomi Campbell’s stint in anger management therapy has reportedly proved unsuccessful after the supermodel was seen shouting in a rage after a night out on Monday.
The embattled star appeared to be in good spirits as she happily posed for photographers following a meal with friends at London’s Cipriani restaurant.
But her pleasant demeanor quickly dissipated when she suddenly began shouting and gesturing angrily, before inexplicably hurrying back into the Mayfair eaterie.
An onlooker tells The London Paper, “Suddenly Naomi flipped and started swinging her arms about manically. No one could work out what was wrong with her.”
But the catwalk queen’s erratic behavior didn’t end there. Moments later, she emerged apparently restrained by three pals, who led her into her car as she seemed to wriggle out of their firm grasp.
The source adds: “She was shouting and screaming as her friends desperately tried to get her into the car. She was ranting incomprehensibly.”
The 38-year-old was ordered to attend a two-day anger management course last year after she pled guilty to reckless assault against her maid Ana Scolavino.
Campbell is now facing a possible prison sentence after being charged with allegedly assaulting a police officer following her arrest at London’s Heathrow Airport in April.

Naomi Campbell has settled a case with her former housekeeper – after the woman accused the catwalk beauty of racial and sexual discrimination.
Slovakian maid Ivana Lovas took Campbell to an employment tribunal amid accusations the star made her life a “living hell” in the four months she was working for her.
Lovas also claimed that the supermodel abused her when she threatened to quit and criticized her language skills.
London-based Lovas eventually walked out in October and filed suit against Campbell citing unfair dismissal and breach of contract, as well as racial and sexual discrimination.
A preliminary court hearing also heard that there were “two occassions of agressive, abusive and criminal behavior” on the part of Campbell. But now the case has been settled out of court, with Campbell reportedly paying out thousands of dollars in compensation to her former employee.
A representative for Campbell has confirmed the case will be going no further, telling British newspaper the Sunday Mirror, “I can confirm the matter has been resolved.”
It is not the first time Campbell has found herself in trouble with the law over her fiery temper – last year, she was sentenced to community service at New York’s sanitation department after she was convicted of assaulting another maid with her Blackberry cell phone.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell looks like she is falling over drunk — but she insisted she was just playing a game.
Naomi, 38, slumped in the street after a night out.
Her eyes glazed over and her limbs went limp as she fell into the arms of a girl on the Italian isle of Capri.
A mystery man clubbing with her tried to grab her arm.
But the catwalk queen — facing possible jail if convicted on air rage charges next Friday — said she was NOT drunk.
Her agent told The Sun: “It was just a bit of fun and not down to drink. Naomi was playing this trust game, where you fall into a friend’s arms.
“It’s very hot there, so that could also have had something to do with it.”
Naomi is accused of assaulting cops in a lost baggage row at Heathrow in April.

Naomi Campbell has paid tribute to late designer Yves Saint Laurent praising his role in promoting black models in the fashion world.
Saint Laurent died from a brain tumor at his home in Paris, France on Sunday.
The fashion legend was the first designer to use black models the catwalk – and launched Campbell’s career in the 1990s.
In a tearful tribute, Campbell said Saint Laurent had “done so much for people of color”.
She says, “My first Vogue cover ever was because of this man. Because when I said to him ‘Yves, they won’t give me a French Vogue cover, they won’t put a black girl on the cover’ and he was like ‘I’ll take care of that,’ and he did. He was the king of fashion. He created pret-a-porter, he was the first designer to put women of color on the runway, he was extremely important in my career, giving me one of my first jobs.”
Last week, Campbell signed a comeback deal to front the company’s autumn/winter 2008 campaign.
