After only six months of marriage, ‘Teen Mom 2′s’ Leah Messer has filed for divorce. She and Corey Simms are the parents of twins Ali and Aleeah, 16 months.

Though the MTV star filed papers in Kanawha County between April 8 and 15, fans of the show shouldn’t be too surprised to see the two split. “Everything Corey and I have done has happened so fast,” Messer recently told Us.

After all, the pair dated for one month, found out they were expecting, split up just after the 2009 birth of their twin daughters, then reunited six months later. From there, it took just weeks for them to move into together and for 20-year-old Simms, a certified water-distribution operator, to propose.

“I didn’t want to jump into something else and be like, ‘Oh, s**t! What did we do?’” Messer told Us. “Three years ago, back before I was pregnant, I never thought I’d be married now. I was scared because a lot of people who marry young end up divorcing within a year.”

After all, Messer had seen it happen within her own family. “My mom and dad married, divorced, remarried and divorced again,” she said. “I don’t want my girls [Aliannah and Aleeah, 16 months] to go through that. My mom talked to me because she wed at 16 and didn’t want me to go through a divorce like she did.”

Despite the divorce proceedings, friends of the couple hope to see the newlyweds reconcile.

“They are not in a good place right now,” a source tells Us. “Their friends are hoping they find a way to make it work.”

Can’t say I’m surprised, but it’s still sad!

Basically in a nut-shell, Adam went batshitcrazy and finally got himself kicked off the show. So now – the Real Worldies have a new roommate! And doesn’t she just seem as cute as a caterpillar.

After enduring her husband Corey Simms’ bad behavior — from his huge withdrawals of money from their bank account to hooking up with other girls — Teen Mom Leah Messer has reached the end of her rope with Corey. The final straw came recently, when he transferred $19,000 out of their joint bank account to buy himself a new truck — depriving Leah of money she needs to make ends meet. “He did it without telling Leah, even though the money is mostly her earnings from MTV,” a friend shares exclusively to In Touch. “When she found out, they had a vicious fight and she left him.” When she learned he’d taken nearly all her money, Corey was not remorseful — claiming he deserved the new truck. It was all Leah could take — and now, she’s through. “She always said she didn’t want a broken home for her girls, since her father left her family,” the friend says. “But now she is ready to give that up and leave Corey for good.” Meanwhile, according to an insider, Leah is in the process of seeking full custody of twin daughters Aleeah and Aliannah.

I’m not surprised, they were teenagers after all… but it still makes me sad!

Only last year did the cast of MTV’s huge hit ‘Jersey Shore’ fight for a raise for season 2, which ended up winning each of them $10,000-episode-contract.

And now? For season 3 – the entire cast fought for – and won – a very hefty raise.

Entertainment Weekly reports that the cast has inked a deal that will earn them $100,000 PER EPISODE.

Do you think they’re worth it? I think it’s absurd that they are famous at all – but do I turn in every week to watch the show? Absolutely. They may not be worth $100,000 each – per episode – but it’s certainly worth it for MTV. The cast has given MTV it’s highest rated show of all time. So why shouldn’t the guidos and guidettes ride the wave while they can? I say go for it!

Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell, Maci Bookout, Farrah Abraham and their men, including Gary Shirley and Tyler Baltierra, were spotted in Hollywood over the weekend. The original ‘Teen Mom’ cast members were filming a reunion special with Dr. Drew for the new season of their show.

How much should one get paid to let cameras follow them around as they live rent free, get drunk, and hook-up with strangers? Apparently a whole lot more than one would think. Though there have been media reports about Season 4 of MTV’s hit reality series Jersey Shore taking to Italy soon, it’s now being reported that there are a few members of the ‘guido’ group that are holding up the train for more dough.

Because some of the cast are seeing this season as their last, they want for buck for their bang. The only member to have already signed is Ronnie, but the others better act fast because they next season is supposed to start filming in just a few weeks.

Can you bleieve they get almost $40,000 per appearance? That’s right folks, when you see pics of one of them on a red carpet or at a night club, that about $40,000 int heir pocket. Nuts.

‘Teen Mom 2‘ star Jenelle Evans has been arrested for assault, according to TMZ.

The arrest happened late last night in North Carolina. The arrest follows an investigation after a video of the 19-year-old mother viciously attacked another woman, and the video was released online (see it here).

Evans was reportedly furious because she believed the woman had been flirting with her boyfriend, Keiffer Delp.

A warrant was issued for Evans’ arrest after police saw the video. The victim, Britany Truett, initially said she wasn’t going to press charges, but later changed her mind.

Evans is charged with assault and “affray for fighting.” She is due back in court April 26.

“Based on the information that I have received, I believe Jenelle was set up,” an attorney for Evans told TMZ.

Also – cops had a warrant for Kieffer (the guy Jenelle and Britany were fighting over) based on a cocaine charge from last year … and they found him at Jenelle’s house and arrested him too.
