So I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun I had at last night’s MTV Movie Awards! First of all, it was a nightmare getting there!! I spent over $60 in cab fare, because it took 2 hours to get about 10 miles! The fire at Universal Studios created mass chaos, and I was so scared I wasn’t going to make it in time!

I finally made it to Universal Studios – and made my way to where I needed to be! That’s where I met up with the amazing MK from Popbytes and Vera from I’m Not Obsessed. I’ve talked to these two for years – and it was my first time meeting them! We had such a blast, MK and I have so much in common – it’s crazy.

We each made our way out to the yellow carpet, and claimed our stake. I was standing right next to the entrance, so it was a good spot – and a bad spot. Good part was I got to see everyone – bad news was, by time they got to my end of the yellow carpet, they were haulin butt to get inside the amphitheater. I took a TON of pictures, which is part of the reason why it’s taken me so long to get them up. So forgive me!

My favorite red carpet moment had to be when Sarah Jessica Parker walked over to where I was standing, and was being interviewed by MTV. After her interview was over, I screamed out her name like a crazy person, and I asked her if I could take her picture. She looked at me, said “sure” and let me take her picture. She looked gorgeous, and tiny – and even though all she said was “sure” she still said it to me!

Once the yellow carpet was over, Vera, MK and I headed inside to watch the awards. We each received tickets to watch the show from inside (if you missed my recap, go read it here!) It was SO much fun! MK, Vera and I were so close – the celebrities were just right there! We were able to people watch…every commercial break, everyone got up – and chit chatted with other celebs. Paris Hilton and Benji Madden left at nearly every commercial break. I’ll never forget seeing Ellen Page in person – and realizing my 7 year old son is about the same size.

There were so many great surprises…seeing Johnny Depp and Tom Cruise in person was really exciting. There was such a great energy from inside – everyone was having a really great time. During the commercials – everyone had a lot of fun. I just had such a great time, and I really want to thank everyone at MTV who made it possible, most of all Mylan.

I hope to be invited next year, this was by far the high-lite of my hear!

Whitney from The Hills is crouched behind me – because they won’t let her go to her seat until commercial.

They play music videos during commercials – its a good time to people watch everyone gets up and talks

They just set up the Wayne’s World Set.

Dana Carvey and Mike Meyers are doing a Wayne’s World sketch.

The Rock, Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway are onstage – the Rock is soooooooo much smaller in real life!!

Plus Anne Hathaway was too skinny!  And she walked the red carpet without her boyfriend.  Trouble in paradise?

Johnny Depp just won an award – and he got a huge standing ovation.

I can die now, I’ve seen Johnny Depp in person.

Tom Cruise on stage – gotta say he’s looking fine!!

Commercial break – Whitney and Brody Jenner just walked back in, both had drinks.

Zac Efron onstage he’s adorable – he looks a lot like Jared Leto back when he was hot.

Johnny Depp wins again… Another standing ovation – he’s still f’n hot.

Commercial break – Ellen Page just walked out, she is unbelievably small – looks like a teenager!!

Update 7:00pm

They are really stepping it up with the “shorts” there all hilarious.

Mike Meyers is absolutely hilarious – can’t wait for his new movie!

There’s only one more act!! Best picture – and I’m done!
