Isn’t everyday Megan Fox Awareness Day? Is this really necessary? From E!Online:
It’s true, everybody! You can’t have too much of a good thing.
Especially when that good thing looks exactly like Megan Fox. And drops wild nonsense in interviews, and walks around wet, and totally bends over in big dumb movies about robots, and then makes ballsy acting choices. Oh, and is Megan Fox.
So when certain sites declare they’ve had enough of a good thing and will abstain from Megan Fox today, we call bull on that. Unlike some, she’s worked hard for her fame, and we’re happy to have her chewing up pop culture scenery.
So E! Online declares Aug. 4 National Megan Fox Awareness Day! While others can’t get their content up, we salute the sharp, unpredictable, lithe and smoldering starlet. And we encourage you to celebrate, too, in whatever way feels right, America!

Seth Rogen says Megan Fox once gave him the kiss off.
On Thursday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!, he recalled how they both appeared on the ABC late night show two years ago, and he was immediately struck when the Transformers stunner walked into his dressing room.
“She literally came in to my dressing room in sweatpants and a T-shirt, and everyone in the room stopped talking and stared,” he said. “Everyone thought I had won a prize or something.”
Rogen said that Fox was nervous because it was her first time on a talk show, so she asked him to sit with her on Kimmel’s couch while she was being interviewed.
The actor said he was happy to oblige and figured he could even sneak in a quick smooch because “often the male guest takes it upon himself to plant a small kiss on the cheek of the female guest as they come out.”
“I thought to myself, ‘When in my life will I ever get to kiss this woman? Now’s my chance!’” Rogen explained. “So I tried to do it, and to my memory, she physically stopped me from doing it and basically rejected me on television.”
He is still hurting.
Rogen quipped, “These last two years have been rough.”

Just because she has long dark hair, sexy red lips and a smoldering attitude doesn’t mean Megan Fox wants to be Angelina Jolie. And frankly, she’s sick of the comparison.
“I think it’s cause she has tattoos really, I think a lack of creativity on the media’s part,” Megan explains to Pop Tarts.
“I am a brunette with tattoos, I curse and I have made mention of sex before. I joked about it which people find outrageous so they want to constantly compare that to her,” she says. “You know Shia [LaBeouf] is the new Tom Hanks, Rihanna is the new Beyonce. Everybody is the new somebody although none of us are any of those people so you just walk around with it you live with it.”
And if you don’t believe Megan that the two are different, just ask Angie’s own dad, Jon Voight.
“Megan is herself and Angelina is herself. No one is comparable; everyone in the world is unique,” Jon said at the recent Transformers premiere in L.A. “That’s the great thing about it, but of course they’re two very beautiful women.”

Josh Brolin struggled to film sex scenes with Megan Fox in upcoming movie Jonah Hex – he had to kiss the brunette beauty while wearing a bulky mouthpiece.
The actor spent three hours in the make-up chair having his mouth stretched open with tape and facial prosthetics fitted to transform into anti-hero Hex – a badly-scarred American Civil War veteran – for the big-screen adaptation of the comic book.
And the cumbersome make-up meant he couldn’t perform at his best during steamy scenes with the stunning actress.
Brolin explains, “It was tough to figure out how to kiss with that thing on. To be honest, it was uncomfortable; those scenes are uncomfortable. It was especially uncomfortable because I had this thing on my face.”

Megan Fox is hot in new horror flick Jennifer’s Body. Just ask her.
“I think I’m pretty sexy in it,” the actress, 23, said at the Comic-Con press conference for the movie (out Sept. 18). “The movie is SO sexy! You better put on your sexy shoes for this movie!”
In the film, in which Fox eats people, “there’s sort of a hint of, a little bit of a lesbian relationship that happens. There’s a girl-on-girl kiss.
“And beyond that, before every kill there is a seduction that occurs,” Fox continues. “The boys have to be seduced to get in close enough to the dead girl in order for her to devour them.”
Fox says she loved starring in the flick because “it’s so unapologetic and completely inappropriate at all times.”
But it was harder to film than Transformers, which she slammed as “not about acting” — just special effects.
“There are no robots to distract you from whatever performance I do give. So if it’s terrible, you’re going to know that its terrible!” Fox says. “That of course is intimidating, but I think the character was so much fun for me. And I wasn’t really sure what I was doing. I was just trying to have fun with it.
“I sort of felt like I was being able to make fun of my own image, sort of, as to how some people might perceive Megan Fox to be,” she continues. “I was just sort of flying freely and I hope some of it worked.”
Usually, Fox is “not a fan” or horror movies.
“I actually have a very intense fear of the dark,” she admits. “The last horror movie I saw — I think it was called The Tooth Fairy — was in 2005, and I was 15 years old. After I saw it, I slept with my mother for two weeks afterwards!”
But she pounced on the opportunity to overcome her fear.
“I think for me, to be able to play something that I would normally be frightened by is really intriguing and interesting,” she says.
“It frightened me, and it shook me up for like five minutes,” she admits.
She doesn’t mind freaking out an audience.
“It’s cool to see myself being able to scare people, because I’m just a little girl,” she says. “Look at me: I’m so sweet!”

Did Transformers hottie Megan Fox turn up her nose at playing a Bond Girl in the next 007 film?
Reports circulating online say Fox, 23, had signed on to play one of Bond’s sexy conquests, but passed on the role because “she’d rather be a more central part of the movie.”
Not so, Fox’s rep tells People exclusively: “The report about Megan Fox turning down a Bond movie is completely not true. There have been no discussions nor any offers. Megan is a fan of the Bond movies.”
Meanwhile, Fox is slated to attend Comic Con in San Diego this week, to do publicity for her films Jonah Hex and Jennifer’s Body.
