Yesterday some pretty horrifying pictures of Madonna leaked online. The candid photos show the Queen of Pop lounging around on a couch with a see-through bra and a black thong.

There’s another one of 53-year-old Madonna facing a mirror topless (see those pics here).

The pictures were taken in 2008 during a photo shoot in Brazil. Three years later, the unflattering pictures made their way online (see two of them below).

Three months after the shoot, fashion bible W Magazine published a 46-page spread of rather more flattering, touched-up photographs of the singer in its March 2009 edition.

Madonna appeared on the cover of the U.S. mag, posing on the same couch which can be clearly seen in the leaked pictures.

The article was called ‘Blame It On Rio’ and also featured her soon-to-be toyboy lover, Brazilian model Jesus Luz.

Madonna was said to have met Luz while on location there. She went on to date the then-22-year-old for more than a year.

Luz appeared nude in the risqué spread, only saving his modesty with a strategically held towel.

The pair were also pictured romping on the hotel bed together.

Website eatbloganddie.com published the uncensored images today.

It comes after it emerged Madonna is set to appear as a guest during the upcoming NFL Super Bowl in February.

I’m not sure I ever needed to see these pictures. However, I thought you’d probably appreciate them, so I decided to share.

Eat Blog And Die somehow got their hands on these pictures of Madonna in various states of undress (and topless), getting ready for a photo shoot with Steven Klein. I’m not sure who was taking these pictures – or why Madonna let them! There was obviously a flash involved, and there are many pictures!

There are so many scary things going on here. Her stomach – her arms – that horrible wig!?

According to SBNation.com, Madonna will provide the halftime entertainment during Super Bowl XLVI.

The game will be played at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on February 5th. This will mark the singer’s first Super Bowl appearance.

Since Janet Jackson’s “wardrobe malfunction” in 2004, the NFL has stuck with older, classic (read: boring) performers.

Paul McCartney followed up Jackson and co-star Justin Timberlake, with subsequent years featuring The Rolling Stones, Prince, Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, Bruce Springsteen and then The Who. Last year, the game went back to a more contemporary act, hiring The Black Eyed Peas, Usher and Slash.

Hopefully Madonna can spice up the halftime show once and for all!

Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon came out last night to celebrate the one year anniversary of the clothing line she designs with her mom, Material Girl. The line’s spokesmodel Kelly Osbourne was also on hand for the event which was held at Macy’s Herald Square in NYC.

The 14-year-old fashion designer looked adorable in her yellow and white dress!

In addition to the runway show, there was a four-tiered pink and black birthday cake covered in ribbons! The only thing missing from the bash was the Material Girl herself.  Maybe she didn’t want all the “little people” to look at her.

This story is so ridiculous – so insane – I sincerely hope it’s not true. Sad thing is – I believe every word of it. It has been rumored in the past that Madonna doesn’t let peasants look her in the eyes. It’s been said that she makes her staff look away – or down – when she is in their presence. So when I read this story this morning about Madonna making volunteers turn their faces to the wall so that they wouldn’t look at her popped up – I knew it had to be true.

Sounds like Madonna was all smiles and compliments for Canada in general and TIFF in particular, when she visited the festival Monday to promote her new film, W.E., about famous divorcé, the Duchess of Windsor, Wallis Simpson. One observer even heard her thank the festival’s orange-shirted volunteers.

It was a bit of a different story backstage, however, when eight of those volunteers were asked to turn their faces to a wall so that they would not look at the pop-star-turned-movie-director as she made her way to her press conference about the film. One volunteer told the Globe they all dutifully stood with their backs to her as she passed.

In previous appearances, Madonna has pointed out the similarities between herself and the Duchess, both Americans transplanted to the U.K. and both prisoners of celebrity.

At the Venice Film Festival earlier this month, the Associated Press reported her saying “I think once you become famous, you have to pretty much relinquish the idea that people are going to see you for who you are, or look beyond the surface of things. I think that was a source of great frustration for Wallis Simpson and for Edward VIII, because after he abdicated, they didn’t really have the opportunity to defend themselves.”

Well, one tip for celebs who want people to see beyond the surface: Hire staff who insist you be treated like a human being, not a deity incarnate, and treat them with such respect they would refuse any ridiculous suggestion that you could not be looked at on your way to a public event specifically designed to market your latest work.

Isn’t she disgusting!? These types of “holier than thou” celebs just make me SICK. I hope her movie tanks.

Remember that incident last week where a fan gave Madonna a boquet of hydrangeas and she promptly stomped on his heart?

Well, after publicly dissing hydrangeas, the singer’s rep issued a statement “She’s entitled to like any flower she wants and she didn’t want to hurt the feeling of the hydrangeas of the world.”

I agree that Madonna is entitled to like any flower she likes. It’s HOW she stated it that caused the uproar. The fan was barely out of earshot before she insulted the poor guy.

Madonna’s manager has now tweeted a video under the guise of a “love letter” but it’s anything but.
