Lisa Marie Presley is struggling to cope with the death of her ex husband Michael Jackson.

“I am so very sad and confused with every emotion possible,” she tells Usmagazine.com in a statement. “I am heartbroken for his children who I know were everything to him and for his family. This is such a massive loss on so many levels, words fail me.”

In August 1994, Jackson and Presley shocked fans by announcing they wed.

“And to think, they said it wouldn’t last,” said Jackson as he planted a smooch on Presley at the 1994 MTV Video Music Awards. (She later said that it was Jackson’s public-relations people who insisted on the big onscreen kiss.)

Presley and Jackson announced their split 20 months later.

Elvis Presley’s only daughter, Lisa Marie, is now a doting mom to 3-month-old girls Finley and Harper – and she is showing off her tiny additions in the new issue of PEOPLE.

“I really wanted these babies,” says Presley, 40, who tried for two years to get pregnant before conceiving the twins.

“My blood was too thick and would clot, which caused several miscarriages,” she tells PEOPLE. “The moment I took blood thinners, I got pregnant.”

Presley and her guitarist husband Michael Lockwood, 47, also share their L.A. home with Presley’s children from a previous marriage: daughter Riley, 19, and son Benjamin, 16.

Life as a bustling family of six is “chaotic bliss,” says Presley.

The outspoken star – who proudly bared her baby bump after tabloids accused her of having an “unhealthy appetite” – also opens up about losing her baby weight.

“I was unable to see my toes by the fourth month,” she admits. “But I only gained 30 lbs. total. I worked out up until the seventh month.”

Now Is Not The Time.

I wished I could be writing you under happier circumstances but I cannot because Two of my very good friends, (John and Kelly Travolta ) the sweetest people in the world have just encountered the worst possible tragedy a parent could be forced to endure, the death of their son Jett.
My heart is crying and bleeding for them.
I personally would not have it in me to bury my own child.
I am writing this because I have noticed that for the most part, people and the media have been very sympathetic and respectful, but there are those certain ones that want to use this horrible tragedy as an opportunity to once again, blame and or attack Scientology?
Folks, as popular as it has been to discriminate and ridicule Scientology and Scientologist’s in the recent past , Now is NOT the time.
I realize that there is a lot of mis information out there about the subject which has caused a lot of stone throwing but we are not still in the dark ages and it is still an Unconstitutional Injustice to partake in and encourage such condemnation.
Among most of the crazy made up garbage that goes around about it , It is not true that Scientologist’s “Don’t believe in ” medical care , medicine or medical Doctors and that may have something to do with this terrible tragedy.
Just like anyone else, If one is sick , they go to the doctor, If a medication will make it better then they take it.
If they don’t then they are an idiot and you can’t blame their religion.
Whatever medical and or physical condition Jett had , I can tell you first hand that his parents were on a tireless, never ending quest to get and provide him with the absolute best care anyone could ever ask for and need, Medically, physically, emotionally, medicinally and spiritually.
I am not writing this to preach my beliefs, I am here to protect my friends.
To the few of you out there that this may apply to,
Let’s not use the tragic death of a child to facilitate your insatiable need to attack and destroy Scientology shall we?
John and Kelly have done nothing but spend their lives and their time helping others, making people happy and making peoples lives better.
Please let this family grieve in peace.

ET has confirmed that Lisa Marie Presley’s new twin daughters have been named Finley and Harper. Lisa Marie and hubby Michael Lockwood welcomed twin baby girls on Tuesday, Oct. 7.

Lisa Marie gave birth by C-section at 2:46pm. The babies weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces and 5 pounds, 2 ounces. The newborns and mom are happy and healthy and resting at home.

I find the names awfully masculine.  What do you think?

Today Lisa Marie Presley confirmed to ET that she is expecting twins with husband Michael Lockwood in the fall.

ET’s sat down with Priscilla Presley last week as the expectant grandmother confirmed again that daughter Lisa Marie “is definitely having twins!”

On her initial reaction, “It’s a shock because you think, ‘twins, oh my gosh, what are we going to do with them?’” Despite the surprise, Presley says she is thrilled to become a grandmother again, “I even told her, ‘If you don’t want twins I will take one and make life easier for you!”

As far as spoiling her grandchildren, Presley says she barely has a chance, “Lisa spoils also, so it’s kind of hard! But I don’t spoil materialistically.”

She goes on to tell ET that twins do run in the family, “I have twin brothers and then of course Elvis had a twin brother.”

What do Presley’s grandchildren call her? “We don’t say Grandma, we say Nona!”
