Lily Allen has fuelled speculation of a reconciliation with ex-boyfriend Ed Simons after the pair announced their relationship on a social networking website.
The 23-year-old split with the Chemical Brothers DJ earlier this year just weeks after she miscarried the couple’s baby.
But the Smile hitmaker has recently enjoyed a series of dinner dates with Simons and they also attended U.K. music festival Glastonbury together.
And now Allen and Simons have offered the strongest hint yet that they have revived their romance - by admitting to being in a relationship with each other on their Facebook.com profile pages.
According to British newspaper The Sun, Simons also wrote Allen a message saying, “Nice to be in a relationship.”
A source tells the publication, “Ed was there for Lily when she really needed him and that has brought them close together. So they decided to give it another go.”

Lily Allen has named her forthcoming album Stuck on the Naughty Step - because she constantly feels like a scolded child.
The British singer has wrapped up work on her eagerly-awaited second LP, after being out of the recording studio for two years since the release of her debut All right, Still.
The album’s title was inspired by the barrage of criticism the Smile singer received for her wild lifestyle.
She says, “In England, when kids are naughty, they get sent to sit on the naughty step. Like a time-out, you know?”
“I feel like I’m stuck in a hole where people say, ‘Lily, you’re bad. Go think about what you’ve done.’”
And while insisting she isn’t concerned about her record label Parlophone’s reaction to the LP, Allen is worried about what fans will think of her new material.
She adds, “I’m really scared about what people are going to say. I don’t know why. Some people will like it and some won’t. If people hate it, then I’ll just try something else.”

Lily Allen has finished the recording sessions for her second album, it has been reported.
Typically brazen, the singer said she is not concerned with what her record company thinks of the new material.
“As much as I love them they’re just people who give you a loan. I’m not scared of my label,” she told the BBC.
The Smile star has also been working with Klaxons singer Jamie Reynolds on a new track.
Lily said: “We had our session and enlightened each other. We did a cover of Joe Jackson’s Steppin’ Out.
Commenting on the new song, Jamie added: “It was just for a bit of enjoyment. I don’t even know if it’ll even exist yet. It’s a big work in progress.”
Lily recently performed at Glastonbury, despite discovering her grandmother had died the previous night – dedicating her song Littlest Things to her.

Lily Allen fought back the tears during her appearance at the U.K.’s Glastonbury festival this weekend - taking to the stage just hours after her beloved grandmother passed away.
Allen was booked to make an appearance at the event alongside superproducer Mark Ronson on Sunday night but her performance was thrown into jeopardy with the news that her elderly relative - mother of Allen’s actor father Keith - died on Saturday.
But Allen surprised organisers by keeping her promise to sing at the festival and appeared in an emotional state as she took to the stage. Before launching into a moving rendition of her hit song Littlest Things, she told the crowd, “My Nana Allen died last night. This is for Nana Allen. I love you.”

Lily Allen has denied she has a grudge against the media - acknowledging journalists are just doing their job by writing about her.
The outspoken star regularly lashes out against the press, accusing media outlets of making up stories and criticising the photographers who follow her every move.
But Allen has now admitted that she isn’t angry about the constant stream of articles about her - as dealing with the media is all part of being famous.
And she believes that celebrities should have the right to contradict stories if they aren’t true.
She says, “I don’t have any fury against the press at all. I think the press have a job to do. I’m not angry with them but sometimes they write things that aren’t true and I think I have a right to tell my side of the story.”

Lily Allen fears going home to visit her film producer mother Alison Owen - because she’s too welcoming to “random” fans of the singer.
The Smile hitmaker once met a group of American fans who had flown into London for the night to attend one of her gigs, and her mum was so stunned at the devotees’ actions, she urged Allen to invite them to stay at her house - much to the singer’s surprise.
She says, “There was one group who flew all the way over from Texas just for one night to see me. I met them briefly. It was really flattering. I told my mum and she was like, ‘Oh my God, that’s so sweet! Well, you should let them stay here!’ And I was like, ‘You what? Are you f**king mental?’ I’m scared of going home in case my mum meets random fans and brings them home for a cup of tea.”
