Country singer Leann Rimes‘ new video will feature homeless teens from Chicago, Illinois.

The Blue hitmaker recently partnered with the Stand Up For Kids organization, and she’s helping spread the word about the homeless problem among youngsters in America by including many of them in the promo for her new song Give.

In a post on her website, Rimes writes, “My life is forever changed from this experience. One thing they all said to me is no one looks them in the eye when they see them on the streets, so there’s a deep loneliness there and a feeling of almost not existing.

“I will now always look anyone who’s homeless in the eye and smile. That smile could make their whole day.”

I know her smile could make my whole day. Ugh – barf. I can appreciate her trying to do something for homeless teens, but I’m sooooooooooooo over this girl and her cheatin’ husband. I just don’t know what it is – but I can’t stand them! Sure, maybe I have a double standard… but hey – Brad at least ended things proper with Jennifer before hooking up with Angelina. (It’s what I choose to believe – okay!?)

LeAnn Rimes spent her birthday at the beach — and showed off her body in a collection of skimpy bikinis!

Rimes, who turned 29 yesterday, celebrated all weekend long by hitting the surf in three different barely-there suits, showing off her collection of risque tattoos.

The country star’s inscriptions include the word “Love” on her lower back and the Maya Angelou quote “Still I Rise” on her pelvis.

Rimes was spotted with her hot, shirtless hubby Eddie Cibrian and Eddie’s son, Mason, in Malibu, where she was left speechless by her new husband’s b-day gift.

“Omg….speechless! They made 13 of these Celine bags. My husband is amazing,” she tweeted.

I am sorry, but her body does not look perfect to me. In fact, I am worried about her. I am tired of these celebrities starving themselves. It’s not right and it’s not healthy.

However, LeeAnn Rimes‘ husband Eddie Cibrian,38, thinks her body is perfect. I guess he likes them extra thin.

“I think she looks wonderful,” the Playboy Club actor gushed. “She is very healthy, and to me — perfect.”

In May, Rimes tweeted an extremely skinny photo of herself in a two-piece bathing suit, then defended her tiny frame. “This is my body, and I can promise you I’m a healthy girl,” she said. “I’m just lean. Thanks for your concern, but no need to be.”

Two months later, the country star showed off her new “curves” in a black-and-white bikini. “[Curves] are there. LOL,” she said, announcing a few hours later that she was chowing down on “drumsticks!”

Cibrian — who recently starred shirtless in Charisma’s home campaign — said that he and Rimes work out together. “We go to the gym together,” he said. “She really loves to work out.”

LeAnn Rimes spent her Fourth of July in her bikini, and she’d like everyone to know about it.

“CURVES….They are there LOL,” she wrote on Sunday . LeAnn also tweeted a photo of herself lounging on a towel with the caption “Beach Bum…”

Later that evening she tweeted about dinner plans: “SUSHI tonight……YUM…my heaven.”

CURVES? This is what she called curves? Hollywood curves, maybe! More like pointy bones than curves! I see the curvature of her skeleton, that’s about it!

LeAnn Rimes tells PEOPLE that the “hoopla about my body” is getting old after pictures of her in a bikini during her honeymoon were released.

“For someone like me who is healthy, who works hard for my body, it’s very frustrating,” says the country star, 28, who hosted a benefit for tornado victims alongside new husband Eddie Cibrian, 37, in Florida on Sunday. “I work out and take care of myself, and not in an over-obsessive way.”

“People are calling me bulimic or anorexic,” she says, “and these are real issues and diseases – that I don’t have.”

Adds her trainer, Michael Jackson at Equinox in Woodland Hills, Calif.: “My main concern with her is that she’s toned and healthy. And she is.”

I would have to agree with LeAnn on this one. Enough already! She’s skinny – but she’s not scary skinny (yet)!

LeAnn Rimes is currently enjoying her honeymoon with new husband Eddie Cibrian in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The singer tweeted a photo of herself in a small blue bikini, and then ended up having to defend herself when several of her followers commented on how skinny she looked.

“Those are called abs, not bones, love,” Rimes Tweeted to a follower who said she looked “scary skinny.”

“This is my body, and I can promise you I’m a healthy girl. I’m just lean. Thanks for your concern, but no need to be,” she posted later.

The photo also showed the singer wearing an Ace bandage. “Wow, my head and my heel are killing me from slipping on a rock,” she Tweeted earlier in the day. “Ouch. Needs to get better fast.”
