If you’ve noticed Khloe Kardashian looking pretty fabulous lately, it’s because of her new diet/exercise regimen.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star talked to E! News’ Maria Menounos about her total body transformation using these simple tips…
“What’s the secret?” Maria asked.
“I try to work out five days a week,” Khloé, 30, said. “It’s a lot, but I feel great when I do it. On the weekend I have a gym in my community. I try to do cardio. You just turn on some junk TV and you don’t realize what you’re doing, and I love that. I used to not watch what I ate. I would just kind of eat whatever. I was realizing, ‘I work out all the time. Why can’t I drop this weight?’ It’s really food. So I started dieting a little. I don’t eat dairy anymore—or I try not to, because I’m addicted to cheese!”
Before revamping her diet, she thought, “‘That’s such B.S. Dairy’s not going to change anything.'”
How wrong she was! “I lost like…13 lbs. from just cutting out diary,” Khloé said.
“I was really shocked when my nutritionist told me that,” she added.
Khloé said she also tries to drink at least five liters of water per day. “Right now I’m taking certain things out of my diet little by little. I’m not in a rush to lose [weight],” she shared. “I want to make this my life.”
Simple- no dairy, plus water and exercise. And you know, it probably helps that she has a TON of money so she doesn’t have t work and get a world-class trainer to help her out. That being said, it’s not like, a holy grail or anything…

Khloe Kardashian is doing what any good family member does- step up for their parent!
On April 2, Khloe defended Bruce Jenner against a very insensitive joke Jamie Foxx made about the Olympian at Sunday’s iHeartRadio Music Awards. The “joke” in question was (not surprisingly) about Jenner’s reported plan to transition into a woman. Apparently this was also a big deal because Foxx has been a close family friend for years (news to me).
“I just think it’s a low blow. I think it’s very mean, but you know, I wish him all the best. It is what it is. I just think — and I know Jamie, so I think that’s also why that’s a really low blow, but hey. Guess that’s what he felt the need to do for a little press.”
Oooo! Saucy little response up in here. The response also echoes that of her step-brother, Burt Jenner, who was NOT happy with Jamie’s jab either.
I wonder if the actor will apologize for the comment, considering it offended his “close family friends” and probably lots of other people who think throwing shade at transitioning people is not very cool.
What do you think? Should Jamie Foxx apologize?
Bruce Jenner slowly let the world in on his secret wish to transition from a man to a woman and his family has been nothing but supportive. Interestingly enough, we’ve learned that Bruce let Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian in on the news dead last.
Kourtney, 35, Kim, 34, and Khloé, 30, “were the last ones let in on it all,” a Kardashian insider tells PEOPLE in this week’s cover story.
That’s in contrast to Jenner’s children from his previous marriages – Burt, 36, Cassandra, 34, Brandon, 33, and Brody, 31 – who had known about the possibility of their dad’s transition “for years,” says a source close to them.
As for the two daughters he shares with Kris – Kendall, 19, and Kylie, 17 – “they are having a hard time with the transition,” adds the family insider. “They’re very supportive, but it’s just not an easy situation.”
I can only imagine that he might’ve felt that he wouldn’t get support from the three Kardashian girls as much as he would from his own children.
What do you think?

Amber Rose insists that despite their feud, she doesn’t actually hate Khloe Kardashian. They had their beef after Amber went on the attack against Tyga for dating Kylie Jenner and now it appears that it’s all water under the bridge.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she said, “I don’t hate Khloe. I don’t hate her. I could have totally minded my own business when it came to her sister. But, me being a dancer at such a young age, dealing with older men gave me the humility and knowledge to speak on such a subject. I can understand why it came across the wrong way to her. I get it. But, that’s a phone call she could have had with me… She didn’t have to tweet eleven times and try to humiliate me.”
She couldn’t resist taking a jab at the Kardashian empire, either. She said, “The only reason why these girls have careers is because their older sister had a little fun on tape. Let’s be realistic. Which I never hated on. I’m all for a woman making something out of nothing. You know what I mean? If you can do something and bring your entire family on and make millions of dollars, that’s dope to me. I love that.”
So, feud over?
