Khloe Kardashian deserves her jail sentence for violating probation on a drink driving charge, according to the girls’ mother Kris.

The 24-year-old has been sentenced to serve three days in Los Angeles County Jail after failing to complete roadside clean-up duty and alcohol education classes following her arrest in March 2007.

But the matriarchal star of reality TV show Keeping up With The Kardashians isn’t offering her daughter any sympathy, admitting, “There’s lots of things I could be sitting here saying, and (making) excuses for my daughter. To me, she’s still 15. At this point, I’m up against a wall. What am I going to do? Scream at her? I’ve done all that.”

Khloe’s more famous older sibling Kim, 27, has meanwhile posted a blog claiming her sister is “ready and willing to serve out her sentence,” which will reportedly begin on Friday.

The older Kardashian hopes her sister’s misfortunes will help guide other teenagers: “I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly and it’s never acceptable to drink and drive!”

Khloe Kardashian, the youngest of the Kardashian sisters, has been sentenced to three days in Los Angeles County jail for violating probation following a DUI arrest.

“She admitted to failing to complete [roadside cleanup duty] and enroll in an alcohol education class,” said L.A. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan on Monday.

Kardashian, 24, has until July 18 to begin serving her sentence. She was sentenced on July 3.

“Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved,” her rep tells PEOPLE.

Kardashian, who appeared in E!’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians, was arrested for DUI in March 2007, and was sentenced to three years probation.

Over the weekend, Kardashian showed no obvious signs of worry about her upcoming jail term, as she attended a party at the Project Beach House in Malibu with her mother and sister Kourtney.

“Khloe actually looked great, really relaxed and having a good time,” says a partygoer at Sunday’s Lia Sophia Clambake. “[She] didn’t look like she had a care in the world and even got a massage.”

She’s often compared to her more svelte sisters, but Khloe Kardashian didn’t shape up recently to compete. “On the second season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, I had gained weight and it really showed on TV,” Khloe, 24, says.  “After a breakup in the middle of April, I decided to change my diet.”

With a little help from her sisters, Kourtney, 29, and Kim, 27, she made the transformation. “Kim encourages me to work out and Kourtney is healthy about food. It’s empowering,” says Khloe, who has already lost 12 pounds — and has a hot new body to rival her older siblings’.

“I don’t want to always be known as the funny sister. I want to be the sexy, smart and funny sister!” “I’m much taller than my sisters,” says Khloe. “They’re proportioned, but people don’t realize they’re petite.”

By May 17, she had slimmed down for Casino Night at the Playboy Mansion. “I’ll never be scary-skinny,” she says. “At my biggest, I’m still happy with who I am,” says Khloe.
