Remember Kevin Federline? Sounds like Joseph Malek won’t ever forget him!

Malek claims Federline moved into his Tarzana mansion in 2008 and treated the property like it was his own dirty little playground!

Malek threatened Federline with legal action back in 2009, saying that Kfed trashed his place and littered all over the sprawling compound…and then didn’t pay rent for 7 months!  Though he didn’t pursue the case then, now Malek wants to collect, saying Federline owes him upwards of 110K in damage, and wants legal help to have Federline pay up.

Cigarette butts, trash and broken smoke detectors? KFed, you should be ashamed!

While filming Excess Baggage, the Australian equivalent to Celebrity Fit Club, Kevin Federline reportedly collapsed in the country’s Kimberly region, said to be “widely regarded as one of the most remote and hostile parts of the country.”

The 33-year-old ex-fiance of Shar Jackson and ex-husband to Britney Spears was “taken to a hospital as he was showing signs of heat stress.”

Apparently he’s A-OK, because he returned to the location and continued filming.

Kevin participated in VH1′s Celebrity Fit Club alongside his ex Shar, losing 30 pounds in the process. He steadily gained back the weight, and hopes to drop the pounds once again in the Outback

No word yet on when the show intends to premiere in Australia.

All was blissful this past weekend when Britney Spears, Kevin Federline and their significant others joined together for son Sean Preston‘s little league game. Britney and boyfriend Jason Trawick were spotted cuddling with Britney and Kevin’s youngest son, Jayden James. Kevin helped coach the team while Jayden James got a little fussy in the stands. Jason and Jayden James look like they’re getting along quite nicely.

After the game, Kevin and girlfriend Victoria Prince talked with Britney’s parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears. All-in-all, everyone got along just fine, and Victoria even sat behind Britney and Jason during the game.

I see KFed couldn’t keep the weight off. Meanwhile, Sean Preston looked like a serious major league player out on the field. He’s so adorable!!

He looks plump but happy! Seems like Celebrity Fit Club works as well as Celebrity Rehab! I don’t watch any of those VH1 shows, so I’m not exactly sure how they work, but they definitely don’t seem to produce any results. I guess the same could be said for The Bachelor, and I watch that show religiously.

He may be shedding the pounds, but it looks like Kevin Federline is having some trouble unloading his serious emotional baggage.

On week five of Celebrity Fit Club, the dancer seemed to take the easy way out when resident life coach Rhonda Britten asked the group to discuss the deep anger and betrayal they have experienced in the past. Instead of venting about any dark issues, including his 2006 split from ex-wife Britney Spears and his subsequent self-proclaimed depression, Kevin merely mentioned bad drivers as life’s biggest nuisance.

“I was so disappointed that he chose something so shallow to be angry about. He doesn’t want to admit the truth. It was a real letdown; a cop-out. Everybody else was spilling their guts,” Rhonda tells In Touch about Kevin’s inability to delve into his demons.

It was a far cry from earlier episodes, where Kevin shared his heartache and the pain of public scrutiny he has had to endure. “He had been so forthright, and then he just stopped!” Rhonda adds. But with the season only at its midpoint, Kevin still has some time to grow. Kevin Federline got a weighty wake-up call after seeing some recent pictures of himself.

“I looked pregnant,” he tells Entertainment Tonight in an interview scheduled to air Thursday night. “It was upsetting. It’s [usually] easy for me to brush stuff off of my shoulder. [But] when I see a pictures [of me] like that, and people are calling me ‘K- Fat,’ I had to do something about it.”

One reason for the weight gain? The former dancer says he had stopped exercising and started eating too much. At his heaviest, he says he tipped the scales at 240 lbs.

“I loved to eat pizza and pasta,” Federline, 31, says, “so between not working out, and turning 30 years old, [the weight] started coming on real fast. I had my own mother telling me she’s worried about my health.”

Plus, his weight gain adversely impacted his relationship with sons Preston, 4, and Jayden, 3.

“I couldn’t run around with my children as much,” he says, “and was being lazy and over-eating. I’ve always been a fit guy, so those were wake-up calls for me.”

That’s why Federline signed up for VH1′s Celebrity Fit Club 7: Boot Camp, which premieres Feb. 8, where he was joined by his ex Shar Jackson, the mother of his kids Kori and Kaleb. “We’re doing this for our children,” he says. “We’re really good friends for the sake of our kids.”

As for his relationship with ex-wife Britney Spears, Federline says things are improving.

“Me and Brit are good,” he says. “I don’t talk about those things anymore. It’s in the past. We’ve come a long way and I’m happy where we are now. Everyone knows we had a tough road.”
