Jennifer Aniston is moving forward with her wish to become a mother before Christmas. She recently spent a whopping $300,000 on a nursery for her home.
Sources close to Jennifer say that she has chosen a baby boy from an adoption agency based in Los Angeles.
The source said, “She’s now decided to find a baby in L.A. and she likes the name Alexander, which means ‘defender of men’ in Greek. It’s a family name, her younger half brother is called Alex.”
She reportedly installed the luxury nursery inside her $15 million mansion in Beverly Hills, which is said to include two children’s bedrooms, a nanny suite, and a playroom.
I think Jen would be a good mom, don’t you?

At a March 25 charity event at hot new L.A. eatery Beso (owned by Eva Longoria Parker), Jennifer Aniston and Orlando Bloom were two of several A-list stars who came out to support a good cause. But witnesses at the restaurant tell OK! the pair was adding more than their fair share of spice to the party!
“They were like heat-seeking missiles,” one eyewitness reveals to OK!. “They came together, threw their arms around each other and shared a big hug.” Adds another attendee at the event, “I saw them in a booth next to each other and Jen was looking at Orlando like he was her favorite person in the world. She looked like she wanted to grab him and make out with him!”
Also in attendance: Jen’s BFF Courteney Cox and her hubby, David Arquette, Jessica Simpson, Kate Beckinsale and Eva Longoria Parker. The gathering was all to help raise funds for the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation.
But this event isn’t the first time Jen, 39, has displayed what sources call a “serious crush” on the adorable Orlando. The pair have known each other since 2003, when the British hunk signed on to play Prince Paris opposite Brad Pitt’s Achilles in the epic big-screen dud Troy.

Jennifer Aniston has dismissed reports she has found love with movie hunk Orlando Bloom.
The former Friends star has denied claims Bloom has been secretly courting her since they hooked up at a Los Angeles charity bash on March 25th.
OK! reports the new couple has been pals since Bloom was cast alongside Aniston’s ex-husband Brad Pitt in 2003 movie Troy, and that the actress has held a longtime crush on the 31-year-old Brit.
In its new issue, the publication quotes eyewitnesses who claim the pair “only had eyes for each other” at an Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation fundraiser last month.
A source tells OK!, “They were like heat-seeking missiles.”
But Aniston’s representative has dismissed claims of a romance, insisting, “Orlando is a friend. They both have the same manager and sometimes will be at the same place.”
Bloom has also been romantically linked to Aussie supermodel Miranda Kerr.

For reel: Jennifer Aniston’s got her own film company.
The actress, 39, and producing partner Kristin Hahn have formed Echo Films, according to Variety.
Variety reports that the two have already lined up several projects, most of which will star Aniston and will be taken from books and real-life stories.
Among them:
They’ve acquired screen rights to Jane Fallon’s British bestseller Getting Rid of Matthew about a high-level publicist who has an affair with a married man with kids, only to fall for the man’s son.
They’re also adapting the novel The Divorce Party about a husband and wife who announce they’re splitting at a bash celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary.
Aniston will also headline The Goree Girls, based on a Texas Monthly article about a falsely convicted woman who starts one of America’s first all-female bands.
“We’re drawn to stories about people finding their voice and finding their way because they help us as listeners and viewers do what we feel we’re all trying to do, which is making sense of our lives through the stories of others,” Aniston said in a statement. “That’s why we chose the name Echo, to echo back an idea, a challenge, something that resonates through all of us.”
Aniston and Hahn (an executive producer on The Departed) have been working together since Aniston was a partner with ex Brad Pitt in the production company Plan B.
Aniston is currently shooting the Owen Wilson comedy Marley & Me.

She insists she is proud of her Greek roots, as her heritage has helped keep her grounded despite her fame.
She says, “There’s a warmth to my family and to Greeks in general. I have friends from childhood who are still in my life today. All this keeps it real.”
