Jennifer Lopez and Jason Statham are in Miami, Florida filming their new movie, “Parker.”

The caper film is set in Palm Beach and stars Lopez as a Palm Beach real estate agent who gets involved with a criminal concocting a heist at a Palm Beach mansion. It is adapted from a novel called “Flashfire” by well-known crime author Donald Westlake.

Co-starring in the film is Nick Nolte, who filmed scenes with Lopez along Ocean Drive and Worth Avenue on Monday.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley stepped out earlier this week with a ring on her finger, and rumors started flying that her boy toy, Jason Statham, had popped the question.

However, on Thursday (February 24), Rosie sets the record straight: “No, that’s not an engagement ring,” the model-slash-actress tells Us magazine.

Rosie, 23, and Jason, 43, have been together since last April. Why does their relationship work despite the 20-year age difference gap?

“I don’t know,” Rosie says. “Because we love each other.”

It was confirmed yesterday that Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will replace Megan Fox as the co-star of “Transformers 3.” So who is this pillow-lipped beauty and where did she come from?

The 23-year-old Brit was born in Devon to a chartered surveyor and a fitness instructor, and she gets her aristocratic-sounding name from her great-great-grandfather, politician Sir Herbert Huntington-Whiteley, 1st Baronet. She was discovered in high school, where she was reportedly voted “Person Most Likely to become a Supermodel” and has since modeled for Abercrombie & Fitch, DKNY, Ralph Lauren, Top Shop, Burberry’s, Victoria’s Secret and much more.

Whiteley is also dating bad boy actor Jason Statham (pictured above at Coachella).
