Heidi Pratt performed for the first time on Sunday’s Miss Universe pageant.

She sang “Body Language” while dancing around in a sequin bra and matching pants. Half her song was blocked out while NBC, which broadcast the performance from The Bahamas, introduced the 15 finalists.

“I think people don’t know what to expect, and how can they? It’s my first performance live and it’s in front of a billion eyes. So I’m very excited to show everyone what I’m coming with,” Montag told the Associated Press just before performing.

TMZ.com reported that Montag would lipsync because producers were nervous about her performance and couldn’t remember her lyrics.

Pratt, though, said she was unaware of the criticism and eager to take the stage.

“I’m very excited for everybody to see this,” she said. “I think a lot of people are expecting something very different.”

Heidi Montag Pratt took off her clothes for Playboy, and now she’s removing the Pratt from her last name. “She was using Pratt after her wedding,” says an insider. “But she’s going back to just Montag now that she’s in Playboy and about to perform on Miss Universe and release her album.”

Heidi made the decision because Heidi Montag sounds more recognizable, not because there’s trouble in her marriage.

In fact, things couldn’t be better. The 22-year-old star of The Hills revealed to Playboy that she has had 20 to 30 orgasms in one day! “You know, I was never very sexual before I met Spencer,” she confided. “I knew what sex was, but when I met [him], I entered into a whole new realm of understanding, from fantasy to love. Now it’s something I look forward to every minute of the day.… It makes me want to try every new thing…all kinds of ways — indoors, outdoors, upside-down.”

Why didn’t Heidi Pratt bare all in the September issue of Playboy?

“Always leave them asking for more,” she said on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday. “Next time, I’ll have more to reveal.”

Asked if she has a two- or three-part Playboy deal, she coyly replied, “Maybe.”

She said she “had fun” stripping down.

Though many of the photos were racy, she said she didn’t feel she compromised her Christianity.

“For me personally, I feel like God created the body, and the body is beautiful,” she said. “The way God created us was naked. So I am not ashamed of it. I’m proud of it… This was such a blessed experience.”

In September’s Playboy, Heidi Pratt credits husband Spencer for helping her enjoy sex.

“You know, I was never very sexual before I met you, Spencer,” she tells Spencer, who interviews her for the issue. “I knew what sex was, but when I met you I entered into a whole new realm of understanding, from fantasy to love. Or to experience a day with 20 or 30 orgasms. Before you, sex was just something that happened. Now it’s something I look forward to every minute of the day.”

The oddest place they’ve done it?

This past New Year’s Eve on a private plane.

Heidi calls it “the best experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.”

“I feel sorry for couples who aren’t as sexually satisfied as we are,” she adds.

But Heidi says she’ll never film their conquests (incidentally, Spencer claims once again that a Lauren Conrad sex tape “exists,” despite previous denials).

Says Heidi, “I’ve never watched porn in my life. I’m not going to start making it.”

Heidi Pratt takes it all off — almost — in the September issue of Playboy.

“I did pose nude,” the reality-TV vixen, 22, tells the new issue of Us Weekly, on stands today.

Although the racy photos that made it into the mag are PG-13 (she’s wearing skimpy lingerie or a tiny bikini), she says she’ll strip down completely after getting more plastic surgery.

“The body is a beautiful creation. If anything, the reason I didn’t show everything is because I plan to get a few more upgrades,” Heidi tells Spencer, who interviewed her for Playboy.

“I’m definitely not done with my surgical quest,” she goes on, adding that she’d like “to go bigger on my boobs” for her husband, 26.

(Before going under the knife the first time, Heidi reveals she went “shopping for boobs” in the lad mag. “I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys,” she says. “The women are so hot — Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, Marilyn Monroe, all the Playmates.”)

Spencer says he hung up poster-sized photos of the nude outtakes on his bathroom wall.

“Now when I’m peeing, I get to see a 10-foot naked photo of of my wife,” he says.

Heidi also admits she hasn’t told her dad about her pictorial because she comes from such a strict Christian family.

“They’re a little behind the times where he lives in Colorado, but he’ll find out eventually,” she says.
