Still going strong!

Hey did I tell you guys I went and saw ‘The Descendants’? I thought it was pretty good…. I can see why it’s doing well critically, but it was just a freaking depressing movie! Stinkin sad! George did great – but if you’re seeing it – take some tissues!

George Clooney considered suicide after a stunt injury in 2005!

George Clooney has revealed in a dark secret about himself in last week’s Rolling Stone cover story.

While filming a scene for his movie ‘Syriana’ back in 2005, an injury he received while attempting a stunt left him with a severely injured spine. The injury was so bad, in fact, that he considered taking his own life.

Life as a movie star is not always so glamorous. It takes intense preparation, hard work, and a willingness to take significant risks, especially when it comes to action films. One wrong move and the consequences can be grave — even for the world’s biggest movie star.

“I was at a point where I thought, ‘I can’t exist like this. I can’t actually live,’” he told the magazine. “I was lying in a hospital bed with an IV in my arm, unable to move, having these headaches where it feels like you’re having a stroke, and for a short three-week period, I started to think, ‘I may have to do something drastic about this.’”

Clooney would eventually undergo successful surgery to fix the injury, but for that brief time, he considered a far more grim fix. “You start to think in terms of, you don’t want to leave a mess, so go in the garage, go in the car, start the engine,” he continued. “It seems like the nicest way to do it, but I never thought I’d get there. See, I was in a place where I was trying to figure out how to survive.”

The story, thankfully, has a happy ending: for all his hard work, Clooney won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor, and has two Oscar-contending films out this fall in “The Descendants,” and “The Ides of March,” the latter of which he co-wrote, directed and stars in.

Earlier this year, Clooney had to drop out of friend Stephen Soderbergh’s upcoming adaptation of the TV spy show, “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.” due to lingering pain that limits his stunt ability, but needless to say, that’s a much more palatable price than the measure he thankfully decided not to pursue.

How awful! Can you imagine! I’ve never been in that kind of pain, but how scary!

George Clooney reveals too many intimate details in the new Rolling Stone

In an interview with Rolling Stone, George Clooney is candid about sex, his struggle to keep control of his temper and his passion for politics. “I think one of the major misconceptions about me is that I live my life the way people think I lead my life, with hot and cold drinks running everywhere and a party all the time,” Clooney says. “They think of my life in terms of certain excesses that don’t really exist. Things are actually fairly simple.”

Clooney TMI:

Clooney reveals that that while he lost his virginity at the age of 16 (“young, very young, too young”), he had his first orgasm when he was much younger. “I believe it was while climbing a rope when I was six or seven years old,” he says. “I mean, nothing came out, but all the other elements were there. I remember getting to the top of the rope, hanging off the rope, and going, “Oh, my God, this feels great!”

The word “Johnson” always makes Clooney laugh.

“Always. ‘He showed her his Johnson and she left.’ You can actually say that in mixed company or on late-night TV.” He’s also pretty fond of farts, especially when hanging out with his pals. “We think it’s one of the funniest things in the history of mankind. Even the idea of a fart makes me laugh. Saying the word ‘fart’ makes me laugh. I have iFart on my phone. I have remote whoopee cushions. Farts. To me, there’s nothing funnier.”

Clooney directed and starred in ensemble political drama The Ides of March earlier this year.

“It’s not designed for everybody to see, but I don’t give a shit,” he says. “I don’t need to be more famous and we shot it for $12 million, so anything we do is nice.” His most recent movie is a darkly amusing family drama called The Descendants, of which he says, “If it’s not nominated for Best Picture, I’ll be shocked. It’s that good.”

He’s perfectly fine with his current lady, former pro wrestler Stacy Keibler, tweeting about “smiling all day long.”

“She can do whatever she wants,” he says. “I rarely tell anybody what they should be doing with their life.”

I don’t know about you, but I could have gone my whole life without knowing when George Clooney had his first orgasm!
