A baby is on the way for Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane, whose threesome tape was leaked recently. An unnamed insider informs Life and Style magazine that the actress is currently three to four months pregnant.

“Having a baby has been a top priority of the past six months,” says the insider. “She turned down the role of Penn Badgley’s mother on ‘Gossip Girl’ because it was based in N.Y.C. and she didn’t want to be away from Eric or travel that far. It was bad for her health.”

Besides, Rebecca “also turned down a Hallmark movie and a Lifetime movie because she was trying to have a baby”, adds the insider. There has been no comment made by either Rebecca herself or Eric if the pregnancy report run by Life and Style is true or not.

Last week, a nude video of Rebecca Gayheart, Eric Dane, and former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche was leaked. The footage showed the threesome videotaping themselves naked while discussing their porn names. Investigation is currently underway as the Los Angeles Police Department suspects that a possible “criminal activity” might take part in the leak of the infamous threesome tape.

What better way to get over a nude-tape scandal than to check into a swanky, romantic hotel with an outdoor hot tub?

Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart did just that: The couple fled their home in LA for the posh San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif. “They booked the Daisy Suite, a romantic room with a private hot tub on the terrace,” an insider tells Life & Style.

“The plush hotel is described as “a poetic setting for romantic escapes”. A staff member tells Life & Style: “The Daisy Suite features a hot tub on a private outdoor patio, which also has an outdoor rain shower. Inside, there is a fireplace and a king-size canopy bed, a radiant-heated bathroom floor and hand-selected antique furnishings.”

“They really wanted to get away, so Santa Barbara was a great escape for them. They can get some peace and quiet from all of the madness,” an insider tells Life & Style.

When Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart stripped down with former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche for a 12-minute video two years ago, it “was all done in good fun,” Peniche’s manager David Weintraub tells Usmagazine.com.

“This is not a sex tape,” he adds. “It’s guys having fun, hanging out together. There is no sex involved in this.”

He also tells Us the three have been “friends” for “many years.”

In the video – which first surfaced on Gawker.com Monday – the married couple appear intoxicated as they lay naked in bed with Peniche at her apartment. They also chill in a Jacuzzi together and discuss their porn names. (Dane said his moniker is “Cocaine Manor.”)

Peniche – who was crowned Miss Teen USA in 2002 but later lost the title after posing for Playboy – is “sorry that somebody has stolen these things and put them out,” Weintraub says. “That’s the overall of it. Those are good friends of hers. It was in good fun and, unfortunately, now it’s public record.”

Late Monday, Dane’s lawyer Marty Singer issued a statement, insisting the tape is “a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public.”

He continued, “Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ’sex tape.’ It is a private tape made for only my clients’ personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients’ rights and will be exposed to significant liability.”
