Christina Aguilera stopped by the ‘Ellen Degeneres Show’ and opened up about her now-famous Super Bowl performance in an interview that will air today.

She said, “I had been singing that song my entire life.  I was the youngest anthem singer in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA.  I sang for the “Steelers” when I was this big (as a child.)  I think 7 or 8 years old. I would sing for them. I think had a moment where I was at the “Super bowl” at 30 years old.  I took in the moment a little bit too much. Shoot me for appreciating the moment but here I am at the “Super bowl”…singing for a team and in front of the world. And remembering what it was like to be that young and look where I made it now.  And then it was like, oh.  That night I knew, I just made myself a Trivial Pursuit question…In 2011 what female singer, ya know, flubbed the lyrics.  It’s just insane. But I have a really good laugh about it and you get over things.  You get back up again and you just prove to yourself and to everyone you that much stronger.”

Gotta feel for the girl. I can’t image the pressure of singing the National Anthem in front of millions of people. It’s bad enough to mess it up – but even worse to be crucified in public for it!

In today’s episode of ‘Ellen’, Ryan Phillippe talks about his love life, what he wants in a woman, and explaining the meaning of “D.I.L.F.” to his mother!

When asked about his love life, Ryan simply says, “I’m dating. Not nearly as veracious as the magazines like to make out.
I am dating.”

But that doesn’t mean he’s not still looking! ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ star talks about what he loves in a woman: “Sense of humor. I like a strong woman. I have three sisters and I have a daughter and I like individuality. I like a woman who’s self possessed. Who knows who she is. Who knows what she wants.”

Despite his “wants” in a woman… Ryan’s main woman seems to be his mom. (Awwww!)

Ryan tells a vivid story during his interview as he speaks about his mother, who spends a lot of time reading gossip headlines and columns!

“My mother, who recently had surgery, she’s not in the best of health. She’s recovering. She spends all day in front of the computer. Every other day or so, I’ll see her name come up on the caller ID and pre-emptily open my laptop knowing she’s going to want to address whatever rumor she has read recently. She also gets really, really upset. You know, sometimes they write some pretty negative stuff about you or in the comments they’ll say some mean things. She doesn’t like that. She’s always like, ‘Ryan, why are they calling you a tool? Why do they think you’re a jerk?’ I’m like, ‘Ma, they say that about everybody!’”

HILARIOUS!

It gets even better! Ryan confesses that he’s talked about the meaning of “D.I.L.F” with his mother!

“And then she took particular umbrage with this. She said, ‘I always read in the comments that they call you a D.I.L.F.’ She goes, ‘I don’t like that. I don’t know what that means but I don’t like. What is that Ryan?’ And I go, ‘Well, actually Mom, that means I am a dad that they’d like to have sex with.’ And then I hear my dad in the background, ‘Susan, did he tell you what a D.I.L.F is?’ Laughs And she’s like, ‘Yes, it means they want to have sex with him.’”

Ryan laughs off the entire interview and says about his mom, “I think she’s embraced D.I.L.F.”

In an interview that’s scheduled to air on March 21, 2011, Kendra Wilkinson talks to Ellen Degeneres about dancing, having a family, and Hugh Hefner’s recent engagement.

The ex-Playboy Bunny first tells Ellen how far she has come in her life:

“I feel like those days, when I lived in the Mansion, I feel like that blends in with my high school days. That’s how far ago it was. Now, I’m in a completely different part of my life. I feel so grown up. I feel so mature. I feel that I’m where I need to be in my life… After learning how to dance, I come home and teach my husband all my moves and how to dance and my son is watching so he’s picking up the moves. It’s a family affair now. It’s a family thing.”

And then Kendra goes on to talk about Hugh Hefner’s engagement to Crystal Harris? Kendra mentions that she took the time to sit down with Hugh, her former elderly lover, in a private conversation and wishes him the best.

“He really seems happy. You have to be happy for someone that’s happy like that. I’m happy for him. If that’s what he wants to do, if that’s where he wants to be in life, I’m there for him. I’m one of his best friends.”

It seems that Kendra is very content with her life and where she is! I love seeing truly happy Hollywood glam-girls-gone-mothers!

After Justin Bieber decided to cut his signature hairstyle to something a bit more sophisticated, he gave his locks to talk show host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres. She, in turn, placed the tresses for sale on eBay, where she would donate 100% of the profit to The Gentle Barn Foundation, and animal rescue program. In addition to the winner owning their own tuft of Bieber hair, he or she will get the opportunity to meet Justin on his next Ellen DeGeneres Show appearance.

Not bad, right?

Within an hour of the hair being posted for auction, it was up to $10,000. Today, Bieber’s hair officially sold on eBay or $40, 668, though the winner has not been announced. All for a good cause!

“Hall Pass” star Christina Applegate makes an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” airing Tuesday, February 22nd. In her first broadcast interview since having a baby three weeks ago, the new mom talks about her daughter, Sadie Grace.

When Ellen asked Christina Applegate about what her labor was like, Christina opened up about how it was a long, painful delivery – and accidentally without the help of an epidural! “It was about 18 hours. I had my plan. Plans are a big joke, you know, [mine] was to have an epidural but I didn’t react to it well. I didn’t like it. I didn’t like the feeling of numbness. I didn’t like it. It was really creepy to me. It was too much so we turned it off and we opted for go all the way. Feeling it all.”

“How was that?” Ellen asked. ” I like to say that I opted for it but they accidentally turned it off.”

When asked if it was a painful delivery, Christina responded “It was profound. It was profound pain. And then that happens (pointing to photo of daughter). Just that moment, pulling her out and I dropped my gown which I don’t do. This part of my body is very private to me [her chest]…that’s a real private place. A place that I don’t have a good relationship with, let’s say. But at that moment of pulling her out and I just tore that thing [gown] off. There’s a room full of people that I don’t know. Nurses and doctors. And she and I just laid there. It was the best thing that’s every happened to me.”

Ellen responded, “That’s a beautiful moment.”

Jennifer Aniston makes an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Thursday, February 3rd. The “Just Go With It” actress addresses rumors that she’s adopting a child and shares the story of confronting Perez Hilton before he vowed to be nicer on his website!

On adopting a child…

No, I’m not adopting a Mexican child. Adam Sandler adopted four last week and that never even got mentioned. No, I’m not adopting any children.

On confronting Perez Hilton…

I ran into Perez Hilton in a garage. One of those moments you just never expect to happen. I had finished dinner with a girlfriend and we were driving out and I saw this tall, long, lean person and I say, “Who is that?” And she says, “I think that’s Perez Hilton.” I said, “No. I have to say something to him. I have to.” So I pulled up and we were sort of scoping each other out as I was pulling the car up. I just rolled down the window and I was like, “Hi.” And he went, “Hi.” We stood there like two deer in headlights. And I just said, “Come here. Just talk to me for a second.” It was one of those great moments. It was a lovely meeting and I was just like, “Why are you so mean?” There’s something really great about putting a human being in front of another human being and then the reality that those words, even if it’s for humor or effect or whatever, there’s a human being behind all of that…And he’s kept it up too which is good.

Did Jennifer get through to Perez? Shortly after their encounter, Perez announced he was no longer going to bully. He told Ellen in October,

“Over the last two weeks I have been doing everything I can to bring awareness to the teen suicides and gay bullying,” Hilton told DeGeneres. “In doing so, a lot of people have called me a hypocrite and a bully myself and a big one… From now on I really want to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.”

Ellen DeGeneres turns 53 today, and in honor of her birthday, producers set up a secret birthday party in her honor. They organized a birthday bash attended by Pink, Julia Roberts, Colin Farrell and more. The highlight of the party, of course, was Ellen’s wife, Portia de Rossi impersonating Marilyn Monroe’s infamous “Happy Birthday” song. She’s completely off tune, and is rather embarrassing, but I supposed that goes to show how much she loves Ellen!
