Daniel Baldwin and his wife Joanne welcomed a baby girl Friday morning, the couple tell People exclusively.

Finley Rae Martineau Baldwin was born at 9:35 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She weighed 7 lbs., 10 oz. and measured 20½”.

The new arrival joins older sister Avis Ann, who was born to the couple in January 2008 and who “is excited to meet her new little sister,” says Baldwin’s rep.

Joanne, a British former fashion model, met the Homicide: Life on the Street star, 48, during his stint in a Malibu rehab facility where she worked as a chef. They have been married for two years.

Baldwin, who recently appeared on I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!, also has three children from three previous relationships: Atticus, 13, Alexandra, 18, and Kahlea, 25.

She weighed in at 7 lbs. 10 oz.

“Thank god she looks like her mother,” said Daniel Baldwin.

Mom, 38, is a former British fashion model turned chef, who tells People. ” I’m ecstatically happy. Daniel wasn’t as nervous as me. He’s a little used to this sort of thing. I’m glad he’s got some experience in this area.”

The newborn is Daniel’s fourth child and Joanne’s first. “The fourth time’s a charm,” says Baldwin. “We feel blessed.”

Britney Spears has found an unlikely ally as she battles her demons in rehab – recovering cocaine addict Daniel Baldwin.

Movie star Baldwin met up with the pop star at the Promises rehab clinic in Malibu, California over the weekend and urged her to contact him if she needed to talk about her troubles.

A source says, “He gave her his phone number.”

Baldwin has since told TV news show Extra that his new pal seemed “a little fearful about her situation”.
