Scarlett Johansson wore a fairy-tale(ish) special Dolce & Gabbana gown.  Marion Cotillard wore a dress by Dior. Kristen Stewart is making a lot of “worst dressed” lists with her Balenciaga dress. (Hate to agree, but it is ugly).

Gwyneth Paltrow wore a mullet-style Prada dress (man, Prada was the designer of the night!). Kristen Wiig wore an orange Stella McCartney dress. Jessica Chastain is also showing up on a lost of “worst dressed” lists. She wore Louis Vuitton. Dakota Fanning wore a lavender gown by Louis Vuitton. Camille Belle wore a metallic beaded Ralph Lauren gown. Lana Del Rey wore a Joseph Altuzarra dress. Amber Heard wore a rose colored Zac Posen dress.

Last night the celebrities were out for the Chanel Artist Dinner during the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival in New York City.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were also there.

Evan Rachel Wood, Zoe Saldana, and Camilla Belle all got their hands on Gucci’s new 20′s inspired evening gowns. The dresses won’t be available until February – and if you’re looking to buy one, they will run about $5,000 each. Yikes!

It pays to be a celebrity!

Either an homage to the upcoming movie The Artist or zeitgeist coming from HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, the 1920s are roaring back in the spring — and nobody did it better than Gucci.

We did not expect to see these beaded sequined dresses with their deco detai and chain fringe so soon since the September spring show. But Evan Rachel Wood, Zoe Saldana and Camilla Belle each snagged one and wore their hair and makeup in appropriate 1920s ways.

Gucci reps hinted to us that the dresses will not be in stores through February or so, and the retail tag will be a bit higher than most women can spend for an evening dress: about $5,000.

Not only that, we understand the dresses are very very fragile. Sounds like they were made for movie stars and a film gala!

I guess we’ve found out the reason behind Camille and Kelsey Grammer’s split — she banned him from having sex with her for an entire year before they split up!

A source said, “Camille stopped having sex with Kelsey about a year before they broke up.”

Now, he’s engaged to his much younger girlfriend, Kayte Walsh. Another snitch said, “He pleaded with photographers not to take his picture with his fiancee because his ‘soon-to-be ex-wife’ would see it and go ballistic. Kelsey claims she shows pictures of the couple to the kids and blames Daddy for the mess.”

Awww, now that’s just awful! I hope that’s not true!

The cast walk the red carpet at the world premiere of Summit Entertainment’s ‘Twilight‘

Hundreds of shrieking fans turned out Monday for the Los Angeles premiere of Twilight.

Robert Pattinson, who plays sexy vampire Edward, told Usmagazine.com he was used to all the hoopla by now, “but this week it feels like it’s grown so much bigger.

“They all just scream at me and now it just kind of feel like my job,” said Pattinson, who joked with MTV News that he’d gone “completely deaf” at the premiere.

Just the other day, Pattinson realized, “there were some girls who had scratched … the side of their necks so [they were] freshly bleeding when they came up to get a signature.

“They were like, ‘We did this for you.’ I didn’t know what to say. ‘Um, thanks guys?’”

Some fans who turned out for Monday’s premiere of the popular vampire literary series-turned-movie even camped out overnight to secure a place in line. More than 600 people were allowed inside special holding areas along both sides of the premiere’s red carpet.

“The only thing I can compare it to is, I was in a Star Trek movie when I was like 11 and that was a big deal for a 11-year-old kid,” star Mike Welch told Us. “But this is unlike anything I’ve seen before or been apart of.”

Added star Justin Chon, “I can’t even wrap my head around this right now. It’s so crazy. It was nothing I was expecting.”

But actress Kristin Stewart, who plays Bella Swan, told Us she gets why fans are so obsessed.

“The book is pretty hard core and the fans are passionate, so I understand it,” she said. “I’m looking forward to seeing the movie. Everyone is talking about it but nobody has seen it. It’s hard to talk until you see it.”

Can viewers expect another Twilight installment?

“No word yet,” Cam Gigandet said. “It all depends on how the movie does when it comes out. But we’re signed on for three if it happens.”
