Ashlee Simpson went 60′s chic at the LA Gay & Lesbian Center’s An Evening With Women event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday.

“So happy to support @RealLindaPerry tonight! … One love ” the 27-year-old singer wrote on her Twitter about the event. The event was hosted by singer Linda Perry.

An Evening With Women “celebrates lesbians, bisexual women, and allies, all to support the center’s vital programs and services for women and girls.”

Ashlee Simpson and her son, Bronx, adore the new addition to the Simpson family!

People reports that Ashlee, whose son is now three, is thrilled to be an aunt.

“Bronx and I are in love with Maxwell already! Jessica has wanted to be a mom since we were little girls and I couldn’t be more excited for her and Eric!”

Ashlee was already gifting little Maxwell before she was even born-  the younger Simpson sister bought Maxwell a tiny Fendi dress and matching garment bag in March.

Jessica Simpson’s baby shower was held over the weekend, and I here we have some pictures!

Jessica is due to have a baby girl any day now. The 31-year-old wore a blue snakeskin dress to her shower in Culver City on Sunday, which was attended by family and friends.

Among the guests at the shower were Ellen Pompeo, Jessica Alba, Odette Yustman and sister Ashlee Simpson.

“She seemed completely ecstatic,” an eyewitness told Us of the fete.

Simpson told ELLE magazine she’s hopeful that her baby girl takes after her mama — not her sporty dad, fiance Eric Johnson. “I swear, I will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins!” she admits, laughing. “Eric is so athletic. We’re gonna have this athletic girl and I won’t even be able to take her shopping.”

While attending the Screen Actors Guild Awards with her ‘Boardwalk Empire’ boyfriend Vincent Piazza, Ashlee Simpson told E! being pregnant agrees with her sister, Jessica.

“She’s amazing,” Ashlee said of her older sister, who’s expecting her first child with fiance Eric Johnson later this year.

Despite craving high-sugar foods like buttered Pop Tarts, Kraft Mac n’ Cheese and Cap’n Crunch cereal, Jessica appears to be keeping her figure in check.

“She’s looking good and feeling good,” confirmed Ashlee, who turned heads in her own right in a black beaded Jenny Packham gown and Loree Rodkin jewels.

As she and Johnson prepare to welcome their new addition, the Fashion Star mentor’s positive energy has rubbed off on those around her.

“She’s completely content, so happy,” Ashlee (mom to Bronx, 3, with ex Pete Wentz) told E!’s Rancic. “It’s fun to be around her. It’s like ‘yeah, I want some of that.’”

Announcing her pregnancy on Halloween by posting a mummy-themed Twitter pic, Jessica and Johnson — who put wedding plans on hold until their baby arrives — couldn’t be more thrilled to become parents. “We can’t wait to meet our baby!” Jessica told Us Weekly.

I wonder how much longer Jessica really has on this pregnancy. Seems like it’s never ending!

Ashlee Simpson enjoyed an afternoon at the Tree People Canyon Park in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon. She took a hike with her son, Bronx, and her boyfriend Vincent Piazza. Vincent plays Lucky Luciano.

Ashlee and Vincent have been going strong since they started dating last June.

Vincent and Ashlee have not spoken about their relationship, with Vincent saying last year. ”Saying [how I feel] publicly would only diminish it between the two of us.

‘She’s a wonderful girl.’

And it seems Vincent is more interested in low key dates than attending celebrity parties with his famous girlfriend.

‘I’m a real low profile guy,’ he recently told Us Weekly magazine. ‘So a date night for me is kind of curled up at home and watching something, have a nice class of wine, a nice meal and we’re all set.’

Can ‘Boardwalk Empire’ come back soon! I don’t want to have to wait another year for it to come back!!! This last season was hands down the best thing HBO has put out since ‘Six Feet Under’. Love it!

Singer sisters Jessica and Ashlee Simpson strolled through the LAX airport in Los Angeles, yesterday afternoon with their friend Cacee Cobb and a few others. Jessica was wearing a tight fitted dress which showed off her growing belly.

According to the Daily Mail, after watching her sister go through natural childbirth, Jessica has opted instead for a C-Section!

She was there when her younger sister gave birth to son Bronx in 2008.

And according to US reports, the experience has convinced pregnant Jessica Simpson to opt for a caesarian.

The singer, 31, flew into Los Angeles last night with Ashlee, 27, by her side.

According to In Touch magazine, Jessica and fiancé Eric Johnson have booked a $2,800 suite at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Beverly Hills for the April birth of their baby.

‘Jessica can’t wait to become a mother, but she quickly decided that giving birth the old-fashioned way just wasn’t for her,’ the magazine quotes a source saying.

‘She knows that what Ashlee went through to get Bronx was worth it, but wants to skip the pain.’
