Following the boogie boarding ocean accident that left Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Schriver‘s son, Christopher, with a collapsed lung, broken bones, and broken ribs, the 13-year-old’s siblings jumped on Twitter to thank the public for their support through this tough time:

“Thank you guys for ur concern and prayers for my baby brother! He’s a tough little guy and getting better!” Katherine wrote. “Please keep praying for him! Xo”

“Thank you everyone for your messages about my brother,” Patrick tweeted. “This kid is strongest kid I ever seen. Keep praying.”

Christopher has remained in the hospital in serious condition since last Sunday.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver’s 13-year-old son is in serious condition in a Los Angeles-area hospital following an accident on a beach in Malibu.

A source close to Shriver confirms that Christopher Schwarzenegger was boogie boarding on Sunday, when something went wrong and he suffered a collapsed lung, broken bones and broken ribs. His mother was with him on the beach, says the source.

“Christopher has been in ICU since Sunday,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Maria has not left his side and is sleeping at hospital.”

Schwarzenegger has visited as well. Christopher’s injuries were first reported by TMZ.com

Journalist Maria Shriver and soon-to-be former wife to Arnold Schwarzenegger has laid out her requests in the divorce settlement, and it includes many things that she wants, but the $10 million Brentwood, Calif., home that they once shared is not one of them.

As previously said, all the assets that the former couple has are considered community property, which means they could share them fifty-fifty because there is no pre-nup. The divorce settlement are “in the very beginning stages” but a source told TMZ that Maria allows Arnold to keep the house where they raised their children. Maria buys a mansion only three miles from the house so that the children can travel back and forth easily.

Back when the two were first married in 1986, the certainly didn’t have as many assets as they do now. As a couple, currently their combined wealth was $400 million, with Arnold at $300 million and Maria at $100 million.

The mother of Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s love child, Mildred ‘Patty’ Baena, is now claiming that she didn’t commit fraud by listing her estranged husband as the father of the child on the birth certificate because she technically never signed the document. She’s goes on to say that at no time did she ask her husband, Rogelio Baena, to sign or list himself as the fathe ron the birth certificate, because she attests that she told him the child wasn’t his while she was pregnant. Mildred states that Rogelio told the staff in the hospital to list him as the father because he believed it would help him gain U.S. citizenship.

Almost immediately after the news broke that former Repulican California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger fathered a child outside of his 25-year marriage to now estranged wife Maria Shriver, actress Jane Seymour spoke out quite candidly, making the statement to CNN that Arnold has two more ‘love children’ that are still a secret.

“[Arnold] was obviously jumping the gun before everyone else told the world the news. And from what I gather there will be lots of information coming people’s way.

“I heard about two more children. I met someone who knows him well.”

Today, while visiting The View, Jane says she is “so beyond sorry and appalled” at herself for making the previous statements about the actor and journalists highly publicized break-up. She asked forgiveness for adding fuel to the fire of the scandal, saying:

“Anything I said was stupidly based on stuff I heard in the media. I feel so badly for Maria and the children.”

Jane explained that she’s been through a similar situation, so she should have known better than to engage in such conversation.

No word yet on if there is an official stand-in for Schwarzenegger, although a source tells E! News that X Factor judge Paula Abdul has agreed to attend the opening along with a slew of other American stars.

“With all the complications surrounding him, they decided to dump him,” said a source familiar with the negotiations that would have brought Arnold to the park’s opening festivities.

Universal Studios Theme Park higher-ups told the actor not to come two days ago, on Wednesday, before he announced he would be taking a break from that planned return to acting.

Organizers for the bash had announced that Schwarzenegger and Jet Li had been scheduled to appear together at the opening, set for May 28 at the park, which features 21 rides, live shows, and the word’s tallest dueling roller coaster.
