Comedian Andy Dick has been accused of sexually abusing a security guard and another man at a West Virginia bar. He is said to have grabbed their crotches. Dick is pleading not guilty to these accusations.

The incident happened in January 2010 and if found guilty the charge of sexual abuse could land him in prison for a maximum of five years.

Dick has had a series of legal entanglements. He has publicly struggled with substance abuse and even made an attempt at getting cleaned up via reality television on VH1′s Sober House.

Andy pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of battery and possession of marijuana in 2008. In this incident it was reported that Dick pulled down the top of a 17-year old girl.

This guy has got some serious problems. He needs help.

Andy Dick reveals details about his arrest last year, “I was out in the sticks at my friend’s Dad’s funeral. It was an Irish funeral and I kept the party going for days Andy-Dick style. When I drink I turn into a moron. I think I’m being funny and clever, but I look back on the video tape and I border on retardation. People see me as a very easy target and they just make fun of me. It’s horrible, actually. It’s like making fun of a mentally handicapped person, because I am when I have that much alcohol inside of me.”

Dick was sentenced to three years of probation and is required to wear an ankle alcohol monitor for one year. He says if the monitor detects any kind of alcohol he will go “straight to jail.” He goes on to say, “I didn’t like it at first but now it’s become my new best friend. If it wasn’t for her (the device) I would probably already be drinking by now.”

On his lowest point while drinking, Dick recalls, “Sitting in the back of the cop car urinating all over myself, crying, blowing my nose into my own shirt. It was incomprehensible demoralization. I also had in one day, my agent, my manager and my publicist say ‘Sayonara!’ That still didn’t stop me.”

Dick appears this season on VH1′s “Sober House,” which chronicles the dramatic, real-life experiences of celebrities trying to stay sober after leaving addiction treatment facilities. He tells ET he initially turned down the opportunity to appear on the show and explains why he later changed his mind, “My spiral into the purest of all hells has been very well documented, so why not get some professional cameras on me while you see my slow climb back up out of the gutter?”

He goes on to say, “The only person I trusted was Dr. Drew Pinksy. I’ve known him for 20 years so there’s history and trust. If anyone was to help me, it would be him. And I don’t know if I could look more of a fool than I already have.”

On Friday’s Tyra Banks Show, Andy Dick — who currently stars on VH1′s Sober House with Dr. Drew — opens up about his battle with alcoholism and his bisexuality.

The 43-year old Dick — who has been charged a number of times with DUI and drug possession (in 2008, he was busted for marijuana possession) — said living under Dr. Drew’s roof (his 10th rehab program) is challenging due to the “no sex” rule.

“He’s got the animal caged,” Dick says of Dr. Drew. “I’m under his care officially, and he’s like, ‘Look, folks … he ain’t gonna attack.’”

He says his substance abuse problems are over.”I know that I’m ready to turn a corner with my alcoholism because I’m willing to talk about it,” says Dick, who has to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet for a year. “Believe it or not, my last bout with alcohol was beer.”

Dick also revealed that he is “tri-sexual.”

“I’ll try anything,” he told Banks. “I really have tried everything, except nothing with animals. There’s only room for one animal – that would be me.”

Dick — who said he is equally attracted to both men and women — said he is “not accepted” as bisexual in either the gay or straight community.

“I say, ‘I’m bi, my love knows no gender,’ and the straight community says, ‘Oh right, that’s just a cover-up – you’re gay!’” Dick said.

“And the gay community says, ‘Yeah right, that’s just a cover-up – you’re gay,’” he went on. “They both want to push me straight.”

Dick said he has “been monogamous” with mostly women his whole life.”I’ve never been monogamous with a man,” he said. “When I’m with men, usually I’m out of my mind drinking. Dr. Drew says ‘using,’ but then it sounds like I’m a heroin addict.”

Looks like Andy Dick’s got away with it one more time.

The veteran nuisance who’s been in trouble countless times for assault and failing to keep his pants on, was picked up yet again last month after he pulled a teenage girl’s top down outside a chicken joint.

But after watching a videotape of the incident in Murrieta, CA, prosecutors have said that even though he exposed the 17-year-old’s breasts, it didn’t seem to be a sexual thing and was “more in line with assault.”

The actor will still face charges of misdemeanor drug possession and battery charges.

Dick, who was forcibly removed from Jimmy Kimmel Live for feeling up Ivanka Trump, is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.

Wacked out crazy comedian Andy Dick was arrested early this morning in Murrieta, Calif. on suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery.

Cops busted the 42-year-old Dick just before 2 AM this morning in the parking lot near a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.

Dick is still being held, his bail set at $5,000.

UPDATE: Around 1:15 AM this morning cops tell us they responded to a report of a person peeing in the parking lot outside the wing joint, causing a disturbance.

Once there, they stopped a van and found Dick in the passenger seat. He was arrested for allegedly groping a 17-year-old girl’s breasts and pulling her top down.

When he was searched, cops say they found weed and one Xanax in his front pants pocket.
