Amanda Seyfried gets graphic in explaining her first encounter with porn.

Amanda Seyfried stars in the upcoming movie, ‘Lovelace,’ in which she plays a porn star opposite Peter Sarsgaard. In promotion for the upcoming film, Amanda has been doing some press. GQ sat down with the actress and discovered some dirty secrets of her own! Amanda opened up about her first encounter with porn, which happened when she was just 6 years old.

“It was a cop — a guy dressed in a cop costume, and it was a girl going down on him,” the 27-year-old actress said. “It was the first time I’d ever seen a penis, and I remember it being very graphic, and I remember when he came: it was so terrifying. It was funny. But it was also, like, so, so, so wrong. It was 1990 or 1991, and so AIDS was really rampant. Watching any kind of sexual acts when you’re a six-year-old would make you think you were going to contract AIDS somehow.”

The erotic talk continued when GQ asked her what her “porn name” would be (her first pet’s name and the street she grew up on), and it is likely the best one ever to have existed.

“Mine’s Bad Pussy St. Cloud,” she said.

I cannot imagine what it would be like to see something like that at the age of 6!! I think my first experience with porn was a Playboy, and I was probably 11 or 12. Seeing it in print was shocking enough…I can’t imagine seeing a porn!

How old were you when you saw your first porn?

Amanda Seyfried doesn’t want her dad to see her in ‘Lovelace.’ DUH.

Amanda Seyfried isn’t too fond of the idea of her dad watching her play a porn star in the upcoming movie, ‘Lovelace.’ In the biopic, Amanda had to get down and dirty with several different men, including Peter Sarsgaard and Adam Brody. Filming the scenes wasn’t such a big deal, but now that it’s over, she’s really nervous who’s going to watch the movie…including her father, Jack.

“I don’t want my dad to see my naked body ever,” she quipped during a press conference about the movie on Tuesday, July 30. “I’m going to sit through [the screening] tonight and cover his eyes. It’s really only the nudity. I don’t have problems with him seeing me in violent situations. In sexual situations, it’s a little tough, but it’s more just the nudity. I think anybody can relate to that.”

The actress’ costars certainly can, but both Sarsgaard and Brody said Seyfried put them at ease. “I had total trust and faith in Amanda,” Sarsgaard told reporters of filming their sex scenes. “I remember first meeting her and, you know, a lot of people talk about her being brave and everything, but I also saw that she was really going to put herself in the role in a complete way, and I thought, ‘Alright, I’ll meet you there.'”

“I mean, you choreograph scenes like that more than you choreograph other scenes,” he explained. “You don’t usually just say, ‘One, two, three, go!’ You figure out what happens. Who’s on top? Who’s on bottom?”

Brody echoed Sarsgaard’s sentiments when Us Weekly caught up with him at New York’s Refinery Rooftop, where the cast gathered for an after-party following a Cinema Society and MCM screening of the film. “Everything you do is awkward for 20 minutes, and then you’re doing it for 12 hours,” he told Us. “I mean, the sex isn’t that graphic, and also the tone is somewhat light and it’s sort of a comedic scene.”

It helped, too, that Seyfried was such a pro about the whole thing. “She’s great,” Brody said. “She’s the easiest person to work with, and she’s incredibly talented.”

I think if done well, this movie can be really good. I hope for all of them it’s done well. If it’s done bad….it’s going to be very, very bad.

Amanda Seyfried talks about sexuality in the new Elle Magazine, says: “Everybody I’ve dated I’ve been sexually attracted to immediately”

Amanda Seyfried looks gorgeous on the new cover of Elle Magazine! The Lovelace actress opens up about her rules for sexual attraction, her current crush, and her decision to take on the title role in the racy new film Lovelace.

On accepting the title role of Linda Lovelace in the upcoming feature film Lovelace, in theaters Aug. 9:

“I read the script and I was like, ‘Wow, this is the riskiest thing that’s happening [in Hollywood] right now.’ The first thing you think about is that it could have ruined my career. At the same time, I was like, ‘This is my chance to show them, to show the industry, to be recognized.’”

On the need for physical attraction in a relationship:

“Everybody I’ve dated I’ve been sexually attracted to immediately. Sparks don’t grow- your vagina doesn’t become more inclined to wanting someone just because you’re around them.”

On her ex-boyfriend Dominic Cooper:

“We love each other… He’ll always be in my life regardless of what his girlfriends or future wife think.  I’m never going to be with a guy that can’t deal with my friendship with him.”

On her current crush:

“[He’s] someone separate from my industry life- I’ve known him since he was 16… I picture him as the father of my children all the time. But it is a fantasy right now.”

Amanda Seyfried named the face of Givenchy!

Amanda Seyfried has just been named the new face of Givenchy.  Amanda replaces Liv Tyler in promoting Very Irresistable Givenchy perfume. Givenchy released a statement saying Amanda has the “style and elegance” the brand needs, and “is a chic, sexy woman who is a perfect fit for Givenchy.”

When Amanda found out she had been chosen, she responded with a “F**K yeah!” Here’s more from WWD:

When she found out she landed the Givenchy role: “F*** yeah. It’s an honest collaboration. I’m proud to be a part of [the brands I’m involved with] because what they do is really cool, especially Givenchy — they’re so artistic. And I feel like I have a foot in the fashion industry now.”

She’ll never launch her own fragrance: “They’re hard work, and the more you do, they take away from your work as an actor. I’m doing these two campaigns because I care about them and the people involved. They’re great things to be attached to.”

Career choices: “I like indulging in certain situations which I wouldn’t normally be in. I like that idea, of playing somebody really lost or going through something impossible to understand, because that’s a journey in itself. You come out of those experiences with a richer, broader view. Lovelace felt like a big shift in my life and career. That culture is fascinating. I loved the idea of portraying her internal stuff and examining what was going on behind the scenes, that no one saw. Knowing that we were only telling her story made it a lot easier for me — I had to respect her and be her voice. That was the challenge. At the end of the day, it wasn’t really a movie about pr0n. It was about abuse between a husband and wife. The pr0n part was easy to wrap my head around — it was more the violence and the emotionally disturbing dynamic that she and her husband had that was challenging.”

She wants to be a producer: “It’s great to get your ideas heard and to have creative input, to be part of the process. At some point, I’d love to produce things that I don’t necessarily have to be acting in.”

What do you think about Amanda for Givenchy? I think she’s a perfect choice. She’s gorgeous!
