Now that Charlie Sheen’s HIV revelation is out in the open, people are crawling out of the wood work to talk about all of the sordid things the man has done. He has hooked up with porn stars and hookers and has done massive amounts of cocaine, so I can’t find it all that hard to believe that he performed oral sex on a man while someone else videotaped it. Stranger things have happened, right?
Charlie was said to be smoking crack and performing oral sex on another man in 2011, which happens to be the same year he claimed to have been diagnosed with HIV. In the video, Radar Online claims that Charlie was seen grinning before pleasuring his male lover.
The man had come forward to wage a lawsuit against Charlie for $20 million. The man said that Charlie gave him herpes despite claiming to be disease-free. The website claims that Charlie settled out of court and that the videotape was destroyed.
An update from an attorney in the lawsuit has been placed on Radar’s site, clearing up any confusion:
The attorney in the lawsuit, Keith Davidson, just contacted Radar and provided the following statement. “The alleged video that you purportedly reviewed has nothing to do with the above referenced lawsuit which was filed and subsequently dismissed more than five years ago,” he said, adding, “Though there was video evidence involved in the aforementioned case, that video evidence did not come close to portraying what you have described. Furthermore there was but one copy of that case related video evidence. That sole copy of the video evidence was irretrievably destroyed.”
I’m not sure if I really buy into the reports – especially if there is no proof to the claims. Having said that, it is not out of the realm of possibility, in my own humble opinion. What do you think?
