Kris Jenner still feels guilty about her friend Nicole Brown Simpson’s murder – twenty years after the fact.
In a new documentary called The Secret Tapes of the O.J. Case: The Untold Story, Kris was interviewed about her feelings on the matter and apparently she still feels guilty for not saving her friend from the abuse she suffered.
She told the cameras, “I will always feel guilty that I didn’t pay more attention and didn’t speak up when I thought anything was wrong or asked her more, ‘Do you want to talk about it?'”
Brown Simpson was stabbed to death on June 12, 1994, leading to the famous murder trial of ex-husband O.J., 68, who was acquitted of murder in 1995. Jenner’s late ex-husband, Robert Kardashian — the father of Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, and Rob Kardashian — worked on the former NFL star’s defense team.
She added, “At the end of Nicole’s life, I think she finally was at a place where she knew she had to be more vocal with what was going on and she was in trouble. The one thing she would tell all of us by the time, you know, it got to that level was, ‘He’s going to kill me and he’s going to get away with it.'”
And hearing those words from her friend didn’t make her want to step in and take action?
