Taylor Swift revealed the fifth single from her smash studio album 1989 today…and you might be surprised at her selection.
The pop star shared the news with her 61.6 million-plus followers on Twitter…saying…wait for it…here we go…
“Wildest Dreams” is considered one of the most sexually mature tracks from Swift’s fifth studio album and was co-written with Max Martin and Shellback. Swift told Us Weekly last fall what inspired the dreamy song:
“‘Wildest Dreams’ is the best example of how my expectations have changed when it comes to love,” a then-single Swift told Us. “Now, when I meet someone and there’s chemistry, my first thoughts are ‘When this ends, I hope you’ll remember me well.'”
Yikes, way to be a NEGATIVE NELLY, Taylor. I hope Calvin Harris doesn’t read THAT quote.
