Jared Fogle has always made me want to barf, but now I have good, concrete reasons for feeling that way!
A TV station reported last week that some woman from Sarasota who became friendly with the Subway spokesman (yeah, a Subway superfan) allegedly made the comment that “middle school girls are hot,” and other inappropriate remarks to her starting as far back as 10 years ago. People reports:
“They weren’t jokes. They were very serious,” the woman, a former journalist, told ABC station WWSB of the comments.
Law enforcement officials swarmed Fogle’s Zionsville, Indiana, home on July 7, removing electronics and other items during an 11-hour search that Subway said it believed was “related to a prior investigation of a former Jared Foundation employee.”
Russell Taylor, the dude who who ran the nonprofit organization devoted to healthy eating for kids, was arrested on May 4 on child pornography charges. Fogle severed ties with Taylor after the arrest, saying he was “shocked” by the allegations.
But was he? Fogle hasn’t been arrested or charged with anything yet, but the FBI didn’t detail what they found at the Subway Spokesman’s home, which occured based on the conversations Fogle had with this woman.
Gross. Do you think Jared is guilty of these heinous crimes?
