Problem is, Chrissy Teigen‘s never HAD a baby.

The celeb laughed at an uninformed fan on Instagram who thought she was debuting her post-baby body in her topless photo for W mag (above) that was released on Monday. And it’s pretty funny.  Us reports:

John Legend‘s wife, 29, screen-grabbed the hilarious comment underneath @teamcurtain’s snap of her racy shot. “I like Chrissy sometimes lol,” the fan wrote. “Other times yes she’s annoying but I like that she’s like F it that baby Fd my body up but so what.”

“I can’t stop laughing,” the supermodel wrote on Instagram of the comment. “#thatbabyf–kedupmybodybutsowhat #nobaby.”

I like Chrissy- she always seems to have a sense of humor when ignorant people shame her or make racist comments.  She’s got a strong, bubbly personality that can handle some douchebaggery (not that that condones that kind of behavior). For example, last April, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl called out some people who said she was fat:

“In what other real life situation would you walk up to someone and tell them they’re fat or gained weight?” Teigen sniped back at one person. “Seriously you are POS. I don’t know why I am always surprised when you let me down. I gotta get used to this s–t. It’s amazing to me that I am told to get over the a–holes but the a–holes are never told to stop being pieces of s–t.”

HEAR HEAR.  You keep on being your gorgeous self, Chrissy. F the haters.
