BeyoncÃÂ© might always be looking fabulous and totally ripped, but she’s had her struggles.
The singer opened up about about her diet strugglesÃÂ toÃÂ Good Morning America today. Though she doesn’t talk about her history with see-through dresses, she does talk about them CURVES:
Ã¢â¬ÅIÃ¢â¬â¢m not naturally the thinnest, I have curves, IÃ¢â¬â¢m proud of my curves, and I have struggled from a young age with diets and finding something that actually works, that keeps the weight off, has been difficult for me.”
BeyoncÃÂ© now says she feels a lot better about her body, with the help of veganism. She promotes 30 minutes of exercise a day and lots of water, in addition to three vegan-based meals a day. And she’s reaping the benefits:
Ã¢â¬ÅI felt like my skin was really firm. A lot tighter than when I deprived myself of food and got the weight off fast. And the weight stayed off,Ã¢â¬Â the star, 33, said.
