I’m so excited!! ‘House of Cards’ season 2 hasn’t even aired, and it was just announced that Netflix has renewed it for Season 3!

Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright’s critically acclaimed political drama returns with 13 episodes on Friday, Feb. 14. What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than binge-watching all of season two in one sitting, right?

House of Cards’ first season was a smash hit for Netflix, receiving four Golden Globe nominations (with Wright winning the award for Best Actress in a Drama series), nine Emmy nominations and recently won the awards for best new series at the Writers Guild of America Awards.

In season two, Frank (Spacey) and Claire (Wright) Underwood’s rise to power continues, but it’s not going to be an easy journey: Zoe Barnes (Kate Mara) is hot on Frank’s trail and close to uncovering the truth about his crimes, while Raymond Tusk (Gerald McRaney) is stirring up trouble for Frank and demands he reciprocate political favors or face certain retribution. Plus, Claire will also struggle with the new pressures of the spotlight.

But will the Underwoods live to season three as Netflix ominously teases, “The Underwoods must overcome these dangers—past and present—to avoid losing everything, regardless of collateral damage they leave in their wake.”

Hey, it’s like the new season’s tagline says: “There is but one rule: hunt or be hunted.”

I am obsessed with this show. It is SO FREAKING GOOD! I am literally counting down the days until season 2 starts!!

WARNING: The trailer contains spoilers for season 1 – so if you haven’t seen it yet – don’t watch it!
