Now seems like a very odd time in Lindsay Lohan’s life to be starting up a new relationship, does it not? Now we know why she’s been spending so much time in New York City!

Turns out Lindsay is dating Avi Snow, a New York City based musician and club promoter. E! is reporting that the troubled actress is dating Snow, the guitar player for the indie band, City of the Sun.

That said, the twosome has only been together for a few weeks and their relationship is said to be in “the early stages.” Still, Avi was aboard the Mr. Pink private jet that flew Lindsay to L.A. early morning.

A source adds that after Lindsay’s latest mug shot was taken Tuesday, she went to City of the Sun’s show at 41 Ocean, a private club in Santa Monica, Calif.

Despite this late-night hangout session, another source is denying that Lindsay and Avi are romantically involved.

As long as Mr. Snow is a positive influence on our girl, we wish these two nothing but the best.
