Julianne Hough stopped by ‘Extra’ yesterday afternoon, to promote her new movie ‘Safe Haven’. The actress wore this all-orange dress, and I haven’t decided if I’m a fan or not.

   the color is fine for a blonde but the design is much to severe for a young woman. she could have softened it a little with some beads or scatter pins.
