Matthew McConaughey was spotted at LAX this weekend looking shockingly thin.

The always-buff 42-year-old is literally wasting away to nothing before our eyes! Matthew is shedding his bulk to play Ron Woodruff in the movie ‘The Dallas Buyers Club’, a true story of a man who contracted HIV through drugs in the 80′s, and has to smuggle life-saving drugs from Mexico to survive.

Matthew will be shooting the movie in New Orleans today, and according to sources, he’s the lightest he’s ever been. He’s dropped 30 pounds since he first started trying to lose weight. People’s reporting that he needs to keep this weight for one more month, and then he’ll gain the weight back.
