Jack Osbourne and his fiancée, Lisa Stelly, welcomed a 8lb 2oz daughter into the world on Tuesday, April 24!

They named her Pearl! Adorable!

Less than two weeks after confirming their engagement, Osbourne broke the news that Stelly was also going to be a mom! That’s a lot of news, in a short span of time.  Osbourne, 26, told sources that he was nervous and excited, and that new grandmother Sharon Osbourne was going to spoil the baby rotten.

We believe it.  Pearl was supposed to be born on April 18th but waited it out- probably because she already adores the attention!
