Paris Hilton just stood before a judge in Las Vegas and plead guilty to two misdemeanors in her cocaine possession case. She was arrested on August 27 after police found cocaine in her purse in Las Vegas.

Paris originally claimed the drugs weren’t hers. Now, she stood before a judge and took responsibility – once and for all. In exchange for the plea deal, Paris must pay $2,000 in fines, be under probation for one year, complete 200 hours of community service and complete an “intensive” substance abuse program.

Asked why the heiress did not fight the charges against her, attorney Chesnoff said, “Miss Hilton accepted responsibility.”

As part of the plea, if Paris gets into any trouble over the next year, she will spend one year behind bars. The judge then warned Hilton, “The Clark County Detention Center is not the Waldorf Astoria.”
