Holy mother of God. Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus should be re-thinking this one! Their 17-year-old daughter Miley wants to get a boob job. The only problem for Miles? They have to sign off on it, considering she’s still underage.

A source said, “Miley [Cyrus] is intent on getting a boob job and she’s insisting her parents sign the consent form, which is required since she’s still 17. Billy Ray and Tish are letting her go for it. S he’s beyond their control, anyway.”

This has to be the most awful thing I’ve ever heard. These two morons will let their daughter do just about anything she wants, won’t they?
